Managers are rude, don't want to listen to what customer have to say. Gave me a different quote, tried showing him my contract but didn't want to see it, eventually it got resolved but not by the manager. Also they lie about the gas fill level in the truck. Other manager said it was filled completely before we left but upon returning and trying to refill for the 17 miles we drove it, the pump kept going. If it was true the pump would've stop alot sooner. We never had issues with uhaul before I will never return to this location.TERESA Z.

The location where original uhaul was reserved called the night before pick up and said the they believed the truck had been stolen. They sent us to a different location in a mobile mini mart.Cindi W.
The pickup process was easy enough. The drop off after hours was a little sketchy. We were told to give the keys to the gas station attendant for after hours drop-off and that someone would send us an email in the morning. However, after driving less than 10 miles we were charged a fuel charge for 6 gallons, despite filling up a gallon of gas. When we called to clarify, we were accused of not staying long enough and the needle for fuel was was less than what we received. What's funny is that we received the truck with less than 50 miles range left, close to E. I did, in fact, stay as long as I could and that gentleman processing my drop off said that I didn't need to stay and that I could go. I received my receive with an extra $57 dollars + tax. I would never do a U-HAUL Neighborhood dealer ever. It's dishonest, and I shouldn't have to take pictures to prove that I followed the drop-off instructions to avoid additional fees. Sticking to U-HAUL stores from now on.JOSHUA STEPHEN U.

The gas gauge was not where they said it was on the paper, i didn't realize at first but i took a photo before i left to make sure i put it back to where it was ..i filled it up to where i thought it should be and then i get my statement and they charged me 15 for gas, i asked the woman to send me a photo of what the gas gauge said because i know i put it back where i got it, and the photo confirmed it..o sent the truck back where it was given to me at..but it's my fault because i too thought the paper had the right amount..i think it's predatory to mess up in this way..that paper is confusing and it should look like the gas gauge actually in the trucks not a whole different chart..I'm sure I'm not the first, and won't be the lastERASHA H.
I have rented u-haul's prior and it took forever. It was so fast and we even had issues with my stylo 6. Mobil mart employees are very professional multitasking only after i requested he help customers he very thorough problem solving didnt skip a beat. I was in n out within 7 to 10 min keys in my hand insurance info and i was ready to go and handle the task at hand. Truck was in working condition gently used 19.95 plus insurance upon my request. 6.50gas .79c per mile i am very impressed will definitely return. It makes it so simple to get the bigger tasks done when u need a vehicle with more space. Thank you mobile mart u guys are great . see you soon!!Kristina K.
