We were told to come to the place 2 miles from our house. The email confirmed the time of 4am. We got there and the truck was not there and they had us coming at 4pm. We had to go 1.5 hours the other direction to get a truck. Making us 2 hours late for our movers who had to leave after 30 mins. Leaving my husband to move alone. It was a very bad experience twice in the past year with uhaul. Do better!daniel B.

The attendee at the Mobil gas station did not give us a written contract or verify the fuel amount in the truck. The cargo area was filthy and the cab was even worse - potato chips, peanuts and pretzels littered the floor, ash tray was dirty and the cab smelt like cigarettes. I had to clean the truck before I used it, I also cleaned it before returning with the same amount of gas and got charged for 3 gallons!Dave D.
You can fix your application and website. I have been delayed several times trying to do a mobile pickup using the U-haul app. It keeps failing to do the checkout process correctly and on my last reservation failed to show I had a reservation. Twice in a single day I had to contact your customer support to assist me with app issues. This isn't the first time I've brought up the shortcomings concerning your tech. Please escalate the issue to your tech team.Jonathan K.

The location is fine. Your APP is horrible. Every single time I am forced to use the app because of the time of pickup, I run into problems. The app doesn't respond, or requires me to enter information/pictures more than once. I am extremely disappointed by the poor quality of the app. One time it wouldn't start the pickup process at all. Thankfully, an employee happened to be around and was able to issue the vehicle over the counter. If any of your software engineers or app developers are proud of this application, I shudder to think of other projects they have worked on. It's almost like they intended it to be as inefficient as possible. And when I have a problem, why is there not an option to immediately get on the phone with someone? There's no option to call for help outside of roadside assistance. Almost as if you KNOW the app is frustrating to use but you don't want to accept or acknowledge responsibility. TL;DR Your app is bad and you should feel bad.Jonathan K.
The online representative by the name of Leigh seemed a bit immature to be the voice of such a big company like U haul. I explained to her on several occasions that my bad connectivity issues caused a hiccup when I first turned the vehicle in. Her snarky attitude should be put in check.Albert T.

No moving blankets or dolly's available. U-haul had several days to plan and complete this order but failed to do so. By using a lot of extra back strain and every towel, blanket and bedspread in the house I was able to complete the packing without any damage to the load.Scott M.
I rented the uhaul at 6:30 pm. I told attendant I would have the truck returned by morning I returned at 9am. I reviewed my receipt says he charged me extra day cause he missed out on renting it out. Per my receipt says me told me . There is lack of communication on his end cause he never told me what time to bring uhaul back from where I rented it from. Plus the tire was very low when I took it off the lot had to put air in tire immediately after leaving parking lot of uhaul. I believe the uhaul attendant should have verified that maintenance was correct before customer removed from lot. So I believe that Mobil attendant needs more communication training on how to communicate with customer. Instead charging more $ something I don't have awhole lot of.stacy W.

Service was terrible. I was told that someone should have called me to redirect me to drop off in another which no one did and my miles where up and gas was just put in, and the time was drawing near to drop off. Not being from that area can cause concern. Let your customers know prior to the date of drop off where the redirected drop off needs to be so they can prepare if not from that area.Joshua M.
