Binoraj WijayanathanI didn't do on-line check-in. So I have to do check-in over the counter. The procedure is a bit tedious. U-HAUL assumes the customer's cellphone has a data plan which is not always the case. Luckily that my friend's cellphone is on data plan so we got it done at the end. I'm not sure how you guys handle customers without a cellphone or data plan. Maybe at least you guys should highlight the cellphone and data plan requirement during check-in. Other than that my experience with U-HAUL is very good. Thanks.

HARBHAJAN SINGHThis is my first time use U-Hual service, It was a very disappoint situation. I arrived the location on time and was told the truck has not been returned by another renter. They said they have called the renter couple times but failed to reach him. I think they should inform me in advance my renting time may need to postpone because the truck was not back to the U-haul location. Secondly, the U-Haul support agent did not think it is an issue and she has no suggestion how to resolve it. Finally, I need to postpone my schedule for an hour and waiting for another truck to return the location. I would say the renting management in this company is very poor. I won't use this company service if I have other alternatives,

wingnarajh manhoranI was charged for damages I did not incur. This location is the worst location I rented from, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Better Business Bureau has been reported for the fraudulent costs they added. They are con artists. Owner actually tells his employees to charge for Damages even though I purchased full Coverage and did not hit anything or anyone neither anyone hit me. Never rent from this location unless you want to get ripped off.

sevonne sandyAfter I returned truck, manager placed an empty plastic container under the seat and said I left truck with litter! They charged me additional $25! I swear, it wasn’t my bottle! I called to UHAUL customer service to support me and refund has been refused! I can’t provide any proof and my word is not accepted! Very disappointed! Never had such experience with UHAUL People accusing me for the things that I never did!
Nikolay DralovI’ve been a customer of Uhaul so many years ago and I was satisfied with the services except for my recent truck rental at Mobil Markham. The truck stinks, it smells like pee, it’s unacceptable and the A/C button is broken so there’s no way you can turn on the A/C. Maybe Uhaul can pull that truck out to have a proper maintenance.

It also was clear where the u-haul desk was, since this was a convenience store next to a closed down gas station. For certain locations there should be a picture of where the uhaul rental desk actually is.

Robert YoungThe first van I was provided had 3300km on it and a broken front left ball joint, not safe to drive. This was discovered in the first 20 seconds without leaving the parking lot, to give perspective of how bad the suspension was. I was switched to a van without issues. The original should be properly fixed before putting back on the road.

Asm HabibThe drivers’ side mirror would not stay adjusted for safe driving. UHaul overall take ZERO responsibility for sending me out on the highway , alone, with an unsafe vehicle. I am completely disappointed in the fact that I was still charged for the use of an unsafe vehicle.

David WolfeThe Cargo Van was not maintained, The brake and gas pedal were very hard. The brakes were not good and needed maintenance for sure. The Van made lot of noise as if all the parts were had loose nut bolts.

Blake ReillyI don’t want to be charged for something I didn’t need or accept I was charge for insurance $15 and I didn’t click that option online when I was reserving and then I wasn’t refunded so I’m pretty Pist about that it’s ridiculous had the truck for 30 min the gas needle didn’t move and 30 min for a 15” truck for me nearly 20$ shy from $100 that’s absurd
