This vehicle was filthy!!!!! We wiped the inside down with Lysol and had to clean the windshield. The oil change service light was on when we piked it up. If this is your standard practice, I wil NEVER rent U-Haul again!!!!!

The truck was filthy inside and out. The cab had dog/cat hair all over the seats. Also, there were sticky spills all over the cup holders and floor. It obviously was not cleaned or disinfected! I said something to the employee and he offered to blow the cab out. I declined as we had to get moving. When my husband tried to close the back end of the truck he had to stand on the bar/handle with all his weight to close it. We asked the employee if they had a different truck and we were told no, and the one we had was just fixed, and it would loosen up. Well it didn't and it got worse. The back actually opened up on our route to our destination. I have video of three grown men trying to get the door down and latched! You need to fix theses problems and not rent out faulty equipment with mechanical problems and clean out your trucks.

Make sure the windows are clean, the outside of the truck was full of bugs and very dirty, there was no sign of the truck being sanitized before I got it, there was a tag on the window stating the truck had WiFi and it didn't, and the interior smelled bad

You can make sure the reservation confirmation sends an online customer to the correct location for the equipment pickup. That cost us a serious delay in getting back to Los Angeles.

Your Redlands location is terrible. I've used it several times lately and have stood in line for 30 to 45 minutes. I brought this up to several people at this location and was told that the manager doesn't want to give them more help. The place is starting to get dirty and unorganized. The management at this location is not paying attention and it shows badly. The workers also have bag attitudes and I think it's because of lack of help. They seem like good people. Never see the same people twice. That tells me that there must be a big turn over rate. Poor management. You need to follow your mission statement

The location for the rental was changed and then it did not appear on my app. I could not pick up the truck when I needed to and had to wait until the location opened. Thank God they were opened on a Sunday.

Moes Uhaul was horrible and had no knowledge of anything about the equipment. He sent us out to drive 1000 miles his words "good luck" the truck unside cab was very dirty. The trailer tires and fender all blew out and off which created a 12 + hr in Grand Junction.

This is not a reflection on the location. I reserved a truck and car hauler at the queen creek az location I received a call stating they were at another location 25 miles away I received a call stating they did not have a car hauler I called uhaul main # and was told it was at the second location Arrived to pick up truck/trailer and was told no trailer Waited 40 min to be told the trailer was an hour away Had to completely re-arrange my 250 mile move the day of at a large expense to my family. I now have no way to transport my vehicle to my new home. Uhaul made no effort to help me with the situation uhaul caused. Since uhaul seems to have little regard for their customers I will have to absorb the inconvenience and expense of their poor service.

The one thing I experienced is consistency...all bad... Reserved 15' truck for 8am 3!” Weeks in advance, day before I'm told I need to drive an hour away to pick up a 20' truck at 10am, booked your moving help for 8am, Had to argue with Roxanne in dispatch after being on hold for 20 minutes, she could care lesd

This rental trailer was not inspected for road worthiness Prior to being rented, and it gave me nothing but problems going across the country from the beginning of my move. Tire treads were low( which I ended up with a flat), bolts were missing from the body of the trailer and could see daylight from the inside, and the roof of the trailer leaked when I went through a rain storm.

No one was at the ste to check in the trailer. I had to use the app, which is the worst app I have seen in a long time. After multiple attempts I was able to complete the check in. I even called the u-haul number and their explanation of how to use the app was incorrect.

We had a nightmare experience and I need to file a claim for damaged and broken property. The vehicle we rented from this location had very badd brakes! No brakes. The morning of Our move to Minnesota we were headed down North Kiowa with very difficult time getting the rig to stop. Repled into the gas station to fuel up... My brother climbed under the truck to see brake fluid going everywhere and noticed the brakes were smoking when he was headed down Kiowa boulevard. We called Uhaul roadside service long story short it was not fixable at the location we were at. A representative from U haul customer service told me that we needed to drive the truck to the llocation that we picked it up from....really? You asked us to drive aylur 26 ft truck and chance having an accident and the truck was fully loaded to the back door and pulling a car hauler with a Jeep on the car Carrier!!! We needed to do a trans load ...take every bit of our property off of the truck we were given with the badd breaks and transfer it to a new truck and the movers were selected by you. I was told they were professional movers in they would be able to transfer all over property safely into the new u-haul Well that didn't happen! The movers that Uhaul hired were far from professional cause damage to my property all of which I have made a list 2 file with a claim and I have taken photographs as well. They were rude they were Very unprofessional they did not know how to pack they had miscellaneous items on top of boxes boxes on top of that .... Crushed boxes they put heavy boxes on top of really light boxes they broke some of my things they flat out dropped a stainless steel cooler than I had yard lights in that were made of glass they dropped it off of the ramp rate on the ground. They dropped a bag of my dog food a brand new 50 pound bag it 1st open and up my dog food with all over the floor of the Truck. They took my shovel shovel it up and put it in the bag and told me that it was no big deal the dogs would still eat it there was no dirt in it. How rude how would they like their food dropped on the ground that is not acceptable it was a brand new bag. They left dog food all over in the old track with no breaks in did not clean it all up. They left their moving Dolly in there as well. The list goes on. Please have someone contact me regarding filing a claim. This was the worst U haul experience in my life. Band they want me to give them the code so they could get paid. I told the people with Customer service that they can handle paying them on their own I was not going to authorize the payment. I told those guys to call your customer service directly. They were furious they Got into their car in spun out of the parking lot throwing dirt in gravel everywhere and hit the gas speeding down mericopa Avenue. Please have someone contact me immediately I am furious I am expecting reimbursement for the moving truck due to this nightmare experience we

Really disappointed that I couldMy leave the trailer in the destination I requested and had was more time and fuel to bring it back to almost my original location. Transportation Manager wasn't much help. Seams like some of these little independent Uhaul places don't take their job with Uhaul very seriously.

make the web site for returning a rental vehicle more intuitive and simpler to use. perhaps put a small instruction sheet at the key deposit so it can be used prior to dropping the key into the box thus avoiding the $20 convenience fee..

Store was closed when they were scheduled to be open. Other people were their to pick up rentals as well. Ultimately had to disconnect trailer myself which was very difficult due to weight of trailer and recent surgery on my arm. Not impressed at all.

Nobody was at the location when we arrived to drop off truck. According to UHaul, this location was open until 1:00. There was a lady there to drop off a trailer, but couldn't get it off her vehicle, and nobody was there to help her. She said she had been there 45 minutes waiting for someone to show up. We managed to get trailer off her vehicle so she could leave. There were 2 other customers that showed up to rent a trailer, but nobody was there and they left. I called a number provided by the lady with the trailer and was told to just lock up the truck and leave it and drop the key and it would be inspected in the morning. I guess everything was okay, but that's not the way I usually do business. If they aren't open until 1:00 on Saturday, that should be changed on the UHaul website. Maybe it wasn't the fault of the facility, but UHaul should change hours on their website. According to one of the men that showed up to rent a trailer, he said they were suppose to be open until 1:00 and was frustrated that nobody was there at 12:15.

I was told I could drop off at any location when I tried to do this at a location they told me I need to go to the location chosen I called Corp and was told it would be a fee to do that so I go to the location I was assigned to and they are closed when I called and spoke to the same person at Corp before I got the run around and put on hold. I dropped the key I. The mailbox paid my bill on line and left the truck at the closed location. Your Corporate people need training in customer service. look at my rental history and you have just lost a customer
