This location is primarily a gas station/mini-mart. They weren't really equipped or staffed to handle a rental. It took twice as long as it should have. But, the truck and reservation we as expected. And the staff tried.Donald N.

Waited to complete the process of over 30 minutes. The employee helping, had to keep going in the back to use to computer to complete the transaction. VERY slow process. When asked why taking so long, he stated we are not part of uhaul so we take our time.John B.

I was very confused on where to go. Nothing online said I would be picking up my uhaul truck from an ARCO gas station. When I asked the lady at the ARCO about picking up the truck, she seemed very flustered and uneducated on the whole process. She called me in the back to help her with filling out the paperwork and was struggling to add miles to my trip. I was only allotted 55 total miles but the gentleman before me was allowed 129. The lady said she didn't know how to give me more miles so I had to settle with 55 even though I made it clear I was making 3 trips and just to get to my location from the pickup was already 15 miles. I then had to wait a whole hour inside the ARCO gas station while the guy who previously rented the truck returned the keys. I am very confused as to why the truck was available to rent if the keys to the truck weren't even there. After I waited for an hour I finally got the key and drove to my destination. I opened the back only to find that the dolly I had ordered (and paid for) was not inside the truck. I was forced to go rent one elsewhere because it would have costed me more money to drive back to the pickup location than it did to rent one. The truck was also quite dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Overall I had a horrible experience picking up the truck, good experience using the truck, and a pleasant, helpful experience dropping off the truck.Travis B.
