The app was the worst part of the experience. It took over 25 minutes to check out, and nearly 45 to check the truck back in. Nothing on the app loaded properly, and it was not due to cell coverage. The app was barely functional; it took several minutes to move from one section to another, photos wouldn’t load or let me proceed. Terrible experience.

MARIO SWhen a customer declines the accidental coverage respect the choice and not add charges to the bill anyways. This is extremely disrespectful and could prevent return business with your company.

Gary GMy only complaint about the whole process was that the mileage on the printed agreement did not match the mileage on the truck by 90 miles! I was able to upload the actual mileage when I looked over the truck before we began driving, but then on the back end when we went to turn it in, my credit card was charged for that 90miles +tax. While you did ultimately refund it - I had to call in and contest the charge, which took more of my time. I honestly feel that due to these two issues, some of our cost should be refunded. It took more of my time, because things on Uhual's end weren't done correctly. Ultimately though, I love Uhual and think it is reasonably priced and the trucks are great. I will definitely use them again in the future.

JOSE MMy reservation was changed to this location. I had reserved an appliance dolly but none were available. This made my move much more difficult. Otherwise check-in, return and extending my rental was easy.

John CI made my reservation at a location closer to my house to cut down on mileage and improve the convenience of my experience. Uhaul called me less than 24 hours prior to my reservation to change the location to a much further distance therefore increasing my mileage and total payment. The representative was rude and had an attitude on the phone and was not apologetic. Very unprofessional.
Steven AKindly place adjustable phone holders in your cars so that customers can mount their phones and use navigation applications such as Google Maps, Wayze, etc.

Matthew SThe location was dangerous and difficult to access due to its location across from a bar where people came out to harass my family at night and the fact that it was also a tractor trailer location that made the uhaul difficult to obtain. The truck was damaged when we picked it up as well and the location said that there was no damage. I also do not recommend using the mobile check in as it was an awful hassle and barely worth the convenience of not having to take the day off work to get the truck.
