This location address was that of a non U-HAUL business and so the proprietor new NOTHING about the equipment dropoff procedure. This seemed to be just a dropoff location, with no guidance OR designated parking spots. Several other U-Haul vehicles were randomnly distributed around the parking area, so one had to assume this is how it works. Fortunately, one of the business employees gave me contact info of the U-HAUL franchise owner and I was able to contact her and confirm that the vehicle was dropped off in the right place. Also, I don't care for the fact that U-HAUL doesn't credit the customer in the event a vehicle is returned with more fuel than it was sent out with. Overall, NOT a very reassuring procedure for a customer.

CHAKIB NAJMAgain, they changed the return spot - this time while already enroute. Opposite side of the city. Nobody there. Self check in brought up the wrong location and would not allow me to check in. Called U-Haul and they told me to take it to the 3rd location. After 30mins on phone, they admitted it was there error. Still took 10 mins to find the drop off box.
Robert ClarkIt was confusing where to drop the vehicle, not well marked. I had to call to get confirmation where to put the key and where to park. The most upsetting part was I was charged for a lot of extra gas that I should not have been. When I picked the truck up in London, the gas level was below what it said on the paper and the lady reassured me it wouldn't be a problem. I put the gas level higher than what i got it at, so this just isn't fair. I think this problem could have been avoided should I have gotten the truck on a full gas tank. Other than this, a wonderful experience and everything else was awesome.
Lori OliveiraThe reviews are correct--if you have a choice do not use this location. I understand that things happen, but waiting 4 business days and 6 days in total for an emailed final receipt and check in process, almost 6 days after returning the vehicle. with no communication via email or phone, is nothing but poor customer service. Yes I left a message with my phone number and my email is attached to the rental agreement I left in the drop-box. There is virtually no signage indicating where this location is for drop-off at the industrial strip; thankfully someone else had previously left a vehicle so that I had a landmark as to where to leave my rental. After speaking with 6+ U Haul representatives over the last 6 days, all of whom were patient and generally helpful, we are now able too close the books on a never-to-be-forgotten in a bad way, U Haul rental. Go with your gut....do not use this location! U Haul, please do diligence and review this location and dealer. In my opinion, your reputation is at stake for those who may choose to rent from you in this part of the province of Ontario.

Hatim AlahianeWe chose this location because it was lass than 3 km away from where we were moving from and just over 2 km away from where we were moving to. We started with 1/4 tank of gas and topped it up with about 5 litres of gas just before returning (although we probably didn’t even use half that amount). At the end though, we were charged for almost 40 km of driving which we didn’t do, as well as 11 litres of gas, which we didn’t use and a $30 extra charge for refueling, which we didn’t need. The place was convenient, the equipment was fine, but I could do without the scamming and at the end. If we ever rent from here again, we’ll definitely take a picture of the fuel gauge and odometer once the vehicle is back in the lot. Also, it was a little tricky to find. There’s no office but you go to the address, to the lot at the back (don’t bother the poor folks at the event rental company in unit 106) and once you’re in the parking lot, call the phone number of this location and someone will guide you on what to do. They answer the phone and your questions quite promptly, which is great.

mark Pattersonmy truck reservation was at 8:00 AM whereas the location opens at 9:00 AM. Had to pickup the truck over phone which made me late for the movers. Also, I reserved furniture and utility dolly, but none were available so had to do without them which made my move much difficult. But this is more the fault of uhaul than the location. The only good thing was that the Cynthia, the rep for the location, was helpful over the phone.
Touhidur Rashid OpuWe rented the truck for Thanksgiving Sunday but were never told that the location was closed. My husband drove over and saw the truck but had no idea how yo access the keys. He returned home, where we started making phone calls to OTHER locations. We were informed that the keys were hidden under a dumpster. My husband returned and after looking around the dumpster, eventually located the keys under the seat of the truck. We wasted time and gas and I feel we should NOT be charged the full fee!

Check office hours posted on website: info posted indicated office opened at 8am, but when I called, I was told that the office opened at 8:30am. Cynthia was kind enough to take my call and hook me up with my rental :)
Marc-Andre MontreuilWrong mileage and fuel information. Which set up for the customer to be grilled about that info. Sad way to do business. Next time as a customer I need to take more pictures ( mileage/fuel ) to protect myself from being accused of wrong doing. The dolly weighed a tone and wasn’t user friendly. The worker at the place had a very nice lite dolly.

Kenneth WilsonThe windshield needed scraping, and there was no brush included, which would have been very helpful. The tires were inadequate for what little ice and snow was encountered. The vehicle was clean and powerful, though. There was a dolly which, had it been needed, would have been appreciated. It started and ran well.
