Be more clear about when the vehicle needs to be returned. I was charged an extra day because I thought the truck needed to be returned by 9:45 AM to not be charged. How can I return it at night when the location is closed?

This was the worst experience ever. I made it to my location at 10:30 and didn't leave until 12:30. The Moore brothers were very helpful. The uhaul service was offline, the dispatcher continued to disconnect when we needed dispatch. Very unsatisfactory behavior.
