In reference to my final bill, I was charged more than what my original receipt said. I responded to an email asking about my experience and I mentioned this in my response, but I have not received any correspondence in return. There was no reason for the charge, as I returned the truck early and clean. Unacceptable.

Trenton BMy only frustration was I was told to delivery at 7 am but they don’t open until 9 am and have a gate. No code was provided to me and UHaul reps couldn’t obtain a code so I had to leave and return at 9am

JENNIFER PThe pick-up experience was the WORST ever. The truck was behind a gate, requiring a painful on-line check-in process. Once we gained access and opened it up there were no keys, and no sign of the blankets and appliance dolly we had ordered. After 30 minutes of frantic calling, we had to drive 20 miles away to another dealer to get a truck. On the other hand the U-Haul Regional manager and the wonderful folks at Sinclair Motors in Beaufort were lifesavers. We can't say enough good things about them.
James FYour requirement to take a Photo of my drivers license is a direct violation of my privacy. You claim that you have encrypted internet, but the agent who took the picture of my license, using her private phone doesn't have encryption. I would rather purchase a trailer than divulge my privacy to t public company. I will not be using U-hauls again and I will be contacting the AG of NC requesting an investigation into U-hauls internet security systems as well as U-hauls privacy policy.

Robert HStaff was kind but not very knowledgeable about how the trailer works. We also got a run around from Uhaul because our equipment was not available at the pick up location and we had to go to 2 separate locations to pick up the truck and auto transport. I have yet to receive confirmation of my $50 equipment guarantee reimbursement.
