The employee did nothing but give vague instructions on where to put the trailer and no help to disconnect and inspect the trailer. They would not give me any kind of receipt for the return and then did nothing to show it returned on their side. This resulted in me being accused of not returning the trailer, fortunately I took my own photos of the returned trailer and where it was returned to.
Jason EArrived to return trailer after dark. Was instructed to leave the trailer in one location, but the employee changed his mind before I was able to unhook the trailer. The new location was between a truck and a fence with about a foot of clearance on either side and a trailer behind the spot. When I started to back the trailer into the spot, the employee went back inside the store, leaving me to back the trailer into a tight spot, in the dark, in a small parking lot right next to a major highway, by myself. A spot back would’ve been appreciated.

ROBERT CSmall town only two trailers. Clerk had no idea about my reservation called boss he was trying to do it over the phone. Gave me total 2 times the amount that I in my contract from online. Placed online Checked in online and took 45 min to figure it out. Placed order for blankets and dolly and he tried to charge me for them for them to tell me they did not them.
