I only came in contact with the staff at the end of the rental and the gentleman that checked me out was quite professional. My problem was the automated check in via the smart phone app. Specifically, none of what actually took place was explained prior to my trying to pick up the rental at the site. It would have been quite helpful to have the details explained in a thorough manor prior to my pick up. At the end of the day, U-Haul provided what they promised, an inexpensive option for a moving truck. It would have been nice had I known in advance what I was in for.
