No one was at the office when we got there. The drop off process took us more than an hour. The customer support was not helpful. Overall, the U-Hal is a NOT a place to reliably rent a truck.

We were told at this location that whatever gas overage that we put in over 1/4 tank returned would be reimbursed. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM! In the fine print on the contract it says that you have to suck up the additional cost. I will NEVER use U-Haul again. Rent from Home Depot or Penske.

Clearly the rental business is a secondary function, with the electrical business being primary, but the truck was clean and ready, along with the blankets and dolly. Location and hours are very convenient for Lewes residents.

So many trucks in the parking lot there was barely a spot for me to park the Uhaul. Location was filled with "junk" in the back. Wasn't very clean and inviting. But, the location worked for me so I didn't mind dealing with it

They were closed so I can't vouch for staff but when we dropped the truck off the mobile site didn't work on my phone to check in that we were dropping off, but I still got my receipt today so overall not a big inconvenience.

The website again could not find my location. I was on hold on the 800 # for 25 minutes when luckily one of the u-Haul employees showed up at the closed location. I asked him if he could possibly help me and he did though the location was closed. Nothing about the truck share worked. I even had a problem with the moving help website getting the payment code. Don't advertise a process that doesn't work!

I asked them if you could take a 10' truck on a parkway and was told yes, it's a two axle vehicle. But when I got there, signs said no trucks over 8 feet and it's a 9' tall truck. It became an issue on our travel.

The main uhall transit or dispatcher gave us a location an hour away from the desired location and also said the cargo in the air we reserved not Avialable but it was at this location luckily. I don't. Know why bother doing reservation if I Hall can't guarantee that it will be at the right place and right equipment. This location was good and was able to help us though.

You force your customers to use your app after hours or pay $20. Absolutely a UHaul customer rip,off. I am 68 years old and could not make your damned app w. If I ever need another rental I will try Budget or Penske unless they have the same scam.
