Truck returned the night before it was due. Unclear where to leave truck. U-Haul app did not work so I could not do mobile check-in. Charged for 2 extra days after speaking with U-Haul that night. Unable to contact drop off location until second day.Charles R.

Sorry I answered no to all the questions but I never made it to the rental. Had to cancel because it was to far out the way. But doing the cancellation I found out it was for a boat. Lol I don’t have a boat. But the manager called and talked to me very respectful and let me know that since I did it on line through uhaul that’s how it became messed up like that. I wanted a rental in the same town as I got the uhaul. They put me in a different town and charged me for a boat rental.
