There was energy, drink cans, and chip wrappers in the front of the truck, along with a pair of tennis shoes. And in the back of the truck, there was paper all over the back. When I signed the truck out, the guy said it has a quarter of a tank of gas in it and it needs to come back with a quarter of a tank. I got the truck there was less than an eighth Half mile down the road and the gas light came on. I made sure there was a quarter tank when I came back because I didn’t want to get charged for more. Absolutely the worst experience renting from U-Haul that I’ve had. I definitely will not rent from this location ever again. I almost didn’t make it to a gas station.
Todd WIt was frustrating that the truck did not have the accessories that I had ordered. I wrote about this in the app during the pickup and dropoff. The app said someone would contact me but nobody did and I was billed for the items. They were not taken off the bill until I contacted customer service.
Chad JQuick and easy and the gentleman who helped me was fantastic. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Anthony DOnce arriving at the location for my scheduled pick up time no one was in the office to assist with the pickup. I called the number on the door had to wait for a rep to reach back out and guide me on how to get the truck. The truck had no gas and the brakes were sticking, the equipment I paid for was not available and the rep advised he will reach out to the nearest store to pick up the utility dolly and furniture dolly. Once arriving at the location the rep never called and the equipment was sold out. I advised the miles used which was 15 miles in total 5 to the Alta mere U-Haul and 10 back to my home will need to be reimbursed as my move was only 10miles and I added 13 including the return of the truck. I am sure by the end of the return the miles were higher due to me waisting my time trying to purchase the dolly the rep advised of. This was a bad experience overall and I will never rent from the W vickery location again. Also the rep offered for me to drive to his home to use his dolly that was very unprofessional to offer a customer to come to his home.
Michelle BThe truck was not ready for pickup even after the agent called me & we discussed my reservation time. I had to wait on the manager to arrive on-site to provide the keys to the vehicle. Then I was not even offered a credit to my rental as compensation for my time.

Tori MThis rental was a disaster. They didn't have my appliance dolly. I had to go get one from another location. The truck wasn't checked in by the facility worker for 5 days. They experience was absolutely horrible.

Robert FDespite hours of operation indicating the location would be open, the office was closed and had a sign taped to the front door directing that I call the listed phone number. I called and the gentleman confirmed that this was my return location. Without any one present, I was responsible for backing the trailer into an appropriate parking spot and unhooking the trailer. This was no issue for me but would likely be a problem for some renters.
