The drop off was painless and easy. I haven’t ever picked up a trailer there, so my opinion is limited. I imagine checking in a trailer takes a lot less than checking one out.

jim aAt pick up I was told the truck had 3/4 a tank and needed to be returned with 3/4 tank of gas or be charged extra. We returned it just above 3/4 a tank but was then charged an extra $36 despite that not being included in the agreement.

Craig OOur experience was Wonderful, we needed a One Way rental as we were moving to Coarsegold. April in reservation was able to locate us a vehicle. She was professional, courteous, went above and beyond of our expectation. She made this happen. I called her after picking vehicle up as the gentleman at rental pick had the incorrect vehicle return, when I mentioned this to him he strayed he was not able to make any changes. Before leaving parking lot I called April and she made changes . This allowed us to return rental in the town we were moving too. Drop off facility was located in a very easy to find. I called and left a message our leaving home and the owner Mike was ready for vehicle check in with out any wait. Most convienient and again friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The entire team was EXCELLENT from reservation to return. Thank you !!!
