H DIn spite of a confirmed reservation I was called and informed there was nothing local. Soooooo I was sent on a 100 mile round trip to pick up the van which was a mountain road for most of the way. Took over an hour to complete the transaction due to no cellular coverage and extremely slow internet. Van was dirty and only had a little less then 1/8 gas with the closest gas over 40 miles away. NOT a fun trip and arrived at a Chevron with the needle on E.
GREGORY BThe owner of the market was rude and kept trying to circumvent me from following the uhaul return process on the mobile app. He wanted me to leave the keys in his hand without even checking the truck in. He also kept telling me to add "$25" to the closing bill because he said he would have to clean the truck. He was rude and said that because I wouldn't pay $25 he was going to make a complaint about me to uhaul. I'll never go back there

JOSIAH WUhaul had us pick up a 20 foot dirty truck in the mountains. It was 2.5 hours out of the way. The truck had half a tank of gas so I paid a total of $130 to put gas in the truck. This was my first disappointment with uhaul. I’ve always had an awesome experience with them. The gentleman at the convenient store didn’t even know we were coming so it elongated the process of picking up the truck. Customer service was also not very friendly in helping us with the truck.
