No improvement necessary. Called on the phone about 2 hours before arrival to verify the location and was given the address to enter into my GPS. After arrival assistance was given to remove my car from the carrier, prepare the carrier for positioning next to another trailer and after I backed it in was given help to disconnect. Was out in 15 minutes again. Perfect !

Customer service poor they charged me cleaning fee when my trailer was checked at prior uhaul for drop off. We were told we had to take it back to the dealer. Dealer who rented us threatned us with never being Ble to rent again. This is no loss to us as this experience was a nightmare.

U-Haul changed our reservation time from 10:00 to 9:00 without asking us first. Then when we couldn’t make it by 9:00 you tried to cancel our reservation. This was not cool at all. Fortunately the man at Mountaineer Market was very kind and called us. Then changed our reservation time to 10:30 so we didn’t lose the truck. It’s a good thing because I would have been extremely mad after driving 4 hours to pick up a truck if I found out the truck had been given to someone else.

I was dropped off at this location for a uhaul rental. The only person working at this service station told me that all the U-Hauls were reserved but I pointed out that was not the case on the app. The person working was not trained to rent them and had told me that to avoid helping me. However another woman arrived 20 min later that was very nice and helpful. She apologized for the delay. I did have to give my credit card information to location owner over the phone because the system was locked out which I was uncomfortable with. More training must be given to all employees at this location to avoid this.

Bad part of town Sketchy individuals working and coming into store. Store is 10x10 at best. Only beer cigarettes. Good parking lot for trailers and trucks.

It would be nice if you make sure that a location has the items the customer reserved before the day of the pickup-I had reserved a Truck and auto transport to be picked up at the same location. When I arrived I was told that they didn’t have a auto transport and asked if I had received a call (which I did not). They ended up canceling that part of the reservation and I had to try to find another locate facility that had one. Which in turn I paid more money because they were separate reservations and I had to pay more money when I dropped the truck off because of the extra mileage I drove to pick up the auto transport a town over.

I'm so sick of dealing with this company. Customer service is atrocious and underwhelming to say the least when dealing with any of the local or corporate representatives. Twice my experience moving was ruined by lack of attention to detail. I will never roll the dice on such a lackluster company ever again. Not once did anyone attempt to remedy problems caused by Uhaul. I've seen toddlers take more responsibility than these employees.

When we picked up the uHaul, the back end was parked into the tree line. When we opened the back end, 20+ earwigs scattered throughout the back of the uHaul. After we killed them all, we were satisfied with the uHaul. I would suggest not backing up the uHaul into the bushes.

The location convenience is perhaps good for those who live in Johnson City. However I live in Elizabethton and had to drive there to get it. Nonetheless, they were very courteous professional and I would definitely run from them again!
