The App. Was a little hard to use, I had to submit for the 6 digit number 3 times before I could complete the turn in.

Donnie BThe location was great. The employees were friendly. The problem came with the checkin via the app when returning the truck. My reservation was not listed. I did a search but nothing came up. So we called the number listed on the door to let someone know we were returning the truck... as instructed to do so if we were having trouble with the app. The person who answered verified our truck information and told us to leave the keys in the drop off slot... which we did. On time. After all of that...We still got charged 20.00 for keeping it past our reservation time. Which we didn't. We spoke to an employee about the issue. He looked into the account and said the rep who took our call didn't leave notes. I asked him to check the cameras if he didn't believe me as it was not my fault the uhaul employee didn't do her job correctly. He says he couldn't do anything and to call uhaul. No resolution as of yet...I haven't had time to call as I'm still in the process of moving

Marlys MNo improvement needed. Joe is awesome! He is like an old friend. Very inviting, smiling and likes to have discussions. I was not just another customer with a rented trailer to drop off. U-haul needs to hire Joe (or Jose which is is actual name) manager at this Move It Self Storage location) to become the trainer for how to deal with and treat people! "Hire the smile" is what I remember hearing in a sales seminar once. Joe is a natural! I had a good discussion with him, found out he was assistant manager of a convenience store for 13 years.

Windy ZJoe was a very friendly and courteous person. He installed the tow dolly straps on the towed vehicle for us, because of my back problems. After driving around 300 miles and stopping for our first gas fill, I noticed that one of the straps around the wheel came off, and the other was very loose. This could have caused a very severe accident, and or loss of life, for someone driving behind my vehicle. Maybe it was a training issue, because I asked a resident mechanic at our stop to re-strap the wheels and then I completed my 1200 mile journey with no problems. That is why, I am sorry to say, I have to mark it a “wouldn't recommend”.
ELIAS VThe reason why I will not do businesses with this location is because after renting a 20 foot truck with supposedly a full tank of gas and using it for only 9.2 miles, it took $10.95 to fill the tank. In other words 5.2 gallons of gas. I asked the manager on duty to explain why this truck used so much gas and all he could say was the it was the mistake of the gas station. Can anyone explain to me how a truck being use for only 9.2 miles not driving over 45 miles per hour would use so much gas. There is something wrong with this company. Truck was used in Harlingen Tx on 3/13/17.
