There was only one person working the facility (which is a storage facility). She was too busy then couldn't find keys, the truck was parked behind another one and she couldn't locate those keys. Not to mention the truck still had the previous rentals junk in the back and was filthy. The milage wasn't checked, gas wasnt correct. The attendant asked my husband and I to empty out the stuff in the back and put it in their dumpster (I said no, we were already running behind because of her) and then she said "Well I'm not U-Haul, I don't work for them" Absolutely do not recommend this location.Patrick H.

It would be nice if you picked up a truck with a full tank of gas. It can get confusing when you pick up a truck with a quarter of a tank & you have to stop to fill the truck up when you are in a hurry to start loading.Not to mention returning the truck & the drop off location wants more than a quarter of a tank of gas.COLUMBUS C.
Customer Service was great but I was charged over $60 and only went 5 miles. And then I took a picture of the fuel and how it was not full and was charged because it wasn't full. I would not recommend but thanksALAINA B.

I was charged for 2 Dolly's and 2 dozen furniture pads and they were supposed to be in the truck when I picked it up but they weren't. I was not given a refund for the items even though I told them at the counter I never received these.CHRISTOPHER C.
