They were not there when I arrived in spite of having an arrival time. They did not have my reservation in the system when I arrived. The cleaning fee was never mentioned. The truck had no ramp in spite of me telling the girl I was moving a piano and the next truck size up was only $10 more. There was a lot of room for improvement!

Gas was not completely where it stated it was supposed to be, I needed the rental quick so I just went along with it. I did return it with the amount of gas it stated it was supposed to have when I picked it up. I would suggest having the license and identity verified before arriving at the pick-location. Took almost an hour to get my u-haul using the mobile pick-up service. I do appreciate your services and would use again in the future.

We had to use this facility due to it being the only U Haul in Eufaula, AL, however, we would have used other if it was available...the equipment we asked for in advance was not available at the time we came in...and when asked about it we were told many excuses why they weren't available--we asked many times to assure that we would have them ready for our move, but they were not available after assurances they would be...we were told to leave when we pressed the issue by the manager & two workers--we didn't leave and required them to serve us with whatever they had available--they finally did. All else was Okay.

The girl was friendly. The guy put the wrong drop off place. I had to call and get it changed, then that guy refused to take the return. So I was then told to take it to a 3rd place

The return process is difficult. There was more money taken out of my account which is not cute at all, The return process need working on. When I call the 800 number they was no help at all.

They had very few supplies and the supplies were ungodly overpriced. Found the same boxes at Walmart 2/3 Less, prices at U-Haul was $4 a box at a Walmart they were 1.48.

I had trouble with the U-Haul self pickup and when I called the tech they said they couldn't help me. I got on and tried again and had to leave the lot and come back the next morning and get the person at the desk to help with pick up.

I’m 56 with leukemia Called customer service to make sure my pickup would be trouble free.... It’s 2am I’m held at gun point by 3 police cars! You tell me key is hidden under the driver seat? No it wasn’t! Unprofessional!!! I will never use U-Haul again!!!!! Waiting two weeks for supervisors to contact me???? U-Haul DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS

I would recommend any one other than U-Haul at this location. The cab was littered with fast food trash and the back of the truck had a lot of broken glass. There was undocumented damage to the vehicle.

Truck was dirty. The rep took our payment, gave us our paperwork, and said "keys are in the back." She walked to the back thinking she was getting the keys. When she finally came back, she said the keys were in the back of the truck. Did not tell us which truck. We had to find it ourselves from the tag number on our paperwork. Convenient to have in Eufaula, but service could be much better.

The personnel did not give us the necessary information we needed on dropping the trailer off. She told us where to park it but did not mention anything about leaving the paper work. Should communicate better with the customer in the future. Thanks

The person at the desk had a negative unhelpful attitude. There was no one to help me connect the trailer even though the guy outside watched me back up to the trailer. He totally ignored me.

I've been renting equipment from this company all month and I have noticed that they haven't had a problem over charging me I guessed at 30 miles for what I needed to do but I only drive 16 now I see my receipt is showing 50 miles plus the tank hadn't moved that far from full I took a picture of the dashboard before I got out the truck. I plan on asking for a refund of the over charges

Returned truck/dolly after hours... conflicting instructions between rental documents/instructions and return site key box instructions (on the box)... but otherwise good experience all around.

Had to change equip from auto carrier to tow dolly. The paperwork was not changed and we still paid for the auto carrier

I was charge for a hand truck that WAS NOT placed in the trailer. The people at MPG did not have the common sense to place the hand truck in the trailer. I call the Uhaul 800 number and reported the day of pickup.I was told that is not a problem and would be removed from my contract. I have been bill for a missing hand truck and need to have this charge remove/credited back to my Credit card. Your attention to to will be greatly appreciated.
