There was not a person at the location it is self serve drop off, so I really do not have much to say. It would be helpful if they would have signs that would show designated areas to drop vehicle off.

It was expensive to rent for one day I didnt need 3 days. I have to make a return trip and want to to know if I bring the trailer back from where i dropped it off if i could get a discount because it keeps you from having to restock a trailer?

The guy who ended up helping me was nice and helpful. The location is not like a real U-Haul store, it's a machine shed with a little office. I was expecting a U-Haul store like the one close to my house, where you can buy boxes and moving equipment. I did not have a ball to tow a trailer and was expecting to buy one when I got there. When I got there and realized I wasn't going to be able to buy one there, I was not pleased to put it nicely. I had to drive all the way back into town, buy a ball hitch, and drive all the way back out to pick up the trailer. Until this situation, I thought all U-Haul locations had stores, like they were all moving centers that had everything you needed to move something. Apparently not. Apparently anyone can affiliate themselves with U-Haul.

It was unclear where we should park the rental truck, so I would say post a sign like, “Park rentals here for after hours drop off.” Called the number for the location before dropping off rental, spike to a man on the phone and he was very helpful, easy to talk to & welcoming. The lot was very trim & organized.

I was charged for 2 extra days and $28 for insurance. Was absolutely no help getting my money back. Total bullshit. So basically you stole $100 from me. Unacceptable
