Checking in was a long and arduous process. When I reserved it I was sent four emails - each with instructions...one email included a tutorial video explaining how to check in online - this is not a simple process...I had to take multiple photos, etc. I was also advised (after I got started) not to use the app as it has issues. The attendant at the facility got snippy with me when I told her the check in process shouldn't take 30 minutes

Order a hand dolly, that was not included, but still charged for it... also air conditioner did not work

Mobile check in is terrible. The site does not give good directions. Its very ambiguous. Ended up having to do a live chat just to get it right. And this was with a real person standing in front of me. Please go back to signing a piece of paper. I can guarantee I won't rent from uhaul again as long as I have to use the app for mobile check in.
