Gentleman was rude and said he would get to my checkin when he had time.and said it wasn't as important as what he was trying to do...

Even though I was treated with respect and professionalism the pick up location I went to did not communicate with us that we had to keep the truck with a certain amount of gas was told because the other person left it empty that all we needed to do is drop it off with the same amount of gas and we wouldn’t get charged extra even though he did give us a credit because it was empty U-Haul charged to us again I would’ve rather have a truck with gas then have a credit to be taken away but overall the U-Haul experience was OK however I am upset with the lack of information being provided or rather wrong information.

He did not check on my u-haul trailer rental

They had a sign saying closed for lunch from 12-1. they didn't show up till 1:30pm. There was another customer waiting since 12. Your website should say that they are at that time. I asked where they were when they showed up and said they were with another client--- The truck needed to be washed and the inside of the windshield needed to be cleaned.

Uhaul has the business hours of this location incorrectly listed as 8am opening, when in reality this business doesn’t open till 9am. The business did their best to help me when they found out I was waiting prior to opening.
