What is this charge "Rental Charge" for $59.90? That is in addition to the $29.95 Also being charged $14.oo for 2 furniture dollies. When I rented, the man said he didn't have any even though I ordered them. He said would credit me the $14.00. He didnt. i only rented 1 hand truck. It was a gas station that rented to me. He told me when I came back to replace the gas. Returned at $4:30 pm and sign on door "Had to leave emergency" all the pumps were shut down. But being charged extra for not filling the missing fuel myself. Please reply immediately Thank youScott S.

They stole our credit card number and used it at least 4 times for $100.00 each time at multiple gas stations in a 2 miles radius of the location where we rented the trailer the next 7 days after I made my payment. We file a police report and they are now under investigation.Alain P.
Find another location. This one is rundown and not as advertised at all. Truck kept rumbling like crazy whenever idle. Truck return was a nightmare. The lady that was there in the morning was gone prior to 3pm so I was left alone, forcing me to call customer service and made me late to other appointments I had in my day. This is a poor image example for uhaul and they should not contract out to this junkyard of a place. Unsafe and unprofessional. I deserve a refund for this experience and might never use uhaul again.VICENIO C.

Lot is filthy. Truck interior was sandy, the truck had damage in the cargo area that made it harder to load n gave us trouble when trying to go around it to keep from breaking our ankles or getting hurt in general not to mention damaging our things. The process online takes long as well. Keys weren't in any kind of safe just sitting in the unlocked truck. Don't think I'll be using uhaul for a whileCesar O.

Using the app to check out equipment was the most horrible experience ever. It's basically useless if the connection is weak or non existent. Still had to call a human and was transferred 4 times until I found someone semi-competent. It took 2 hours that I didn't have to check the truck out of the yard. The truck was cleanish but beat to hell.Eric W.

I am sorry. I usually do not leave any bad reviews: 1) This location is a depot for trucks of all sizes. Dirty, holes on the road. Office a tiny dirty "container like office". You drop off your car and cannot close your contract because nobody is there. 2) Been there twice. This time because we changed the move and the only location with the equipment we needed was this one. 3) So our IDEAL pick up time was 4pm but I got a call in the am that the location was closing earlier at noon. I did not want to have this 26 ft truck so early. No way to park it! But I picked it up. 4) When I picked it up it was DIRTY, filled with prior accident denta everywhere, bad condition, smell of smoke (attendant said it was marijuana smell), passenger door filled with water like they had left the door open during rain, and the truck itself filthy. I had to MOP IT with desinfectants before loading my stuff ! 5) TO MAKE THINGS worse the truck had LITTLE GAS, so now I had to pick up gas BEFORE my move day. Lo and behold someone was parked wrong getting gas and the truck touched her car damaging her front end. I did get the insurance but it was terrifying. And time wasted. 6) For the standards of U haul this was not only disgusting, bad experience, terrifying but unacceptable. I use U Haul all the time and trucks are always in great shape and cleaned. I am sorry but I cannot recommend this location. Unless you want to take the chance and have my kind of experience.LINDA H.

The new automated system still needs some details ironed. Better intuitiveness on the apps and better instructions, less advertisement in the middle of the reservation form. Overall, good...Juan S.
overall i'm happy with the rental, my only critique would be of the location, should have a paved parking area, my friend who drove with me while returning the vehicle had to drive me into a lot with pot holes and loose dirt and he drives an upscale car. your employees were very nice especially carlton who was the renting agent i met initially.Ramon J.

M. Strauss, was excellent! Nowadays in a lot of customer service driven companies, customer service is lacking. A small problem easily becomes huge. We encountered a small problem and Ms. Strauss kept small and handled it. I've had the same problem previously and it mushroomed to where the transaction did not take place.
