My drop off was different. There was no one at the store, SC glass in sun city az. So I hope l got credit for my drop off. Call the number on the door, but nobody answered.

Had to rely on a random stranger who happened to be using the lot for their own purpose to even get in the lot to return the truck.

We had a very long moving day and after being exhausted I had her return the truck which I now regret because the woman who approached my wife made her cry. THATS HIW RUDE SHE WAS! I cannot believe u would let someone like that into your organization. She should be reprimanded harshly. Unfortunately this has turned me away from your services indefinitely and will strongly recommend others to turn away your service unless I hear this woman has been let go.

Douglas GVery surprised to find that It was closed. We went about 2:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday. When I called the number no one answered. It was confusing.
Micheal CLocation closed at 2pm on a Saturday! Tried to return trailer at 3:30 on Saturday and was encouraged to keep it till they were opened. Discouraged us using after hours drop off.

James HThe oil pressure gauge dropped to zero pressure, so we stopped and added a oil until it was in range on the oil stick. Got back on the road and the oil pressure gauge would intermittently go to zero while driving down the road. Checked oil a second time, but it was still OK. Also the truck seems to have something that sounds like it is loose, but could not tell what it was, we just had to put up with the noise of the rattle. We wondered if the shocks on the truck were worn out, because the ride was quite bumpy and shaky? On the good side, the truck was clean and useful. Finally we are still waiting to see the final bill for our trip, it has not yet shown up in my mailbox.
David PThe vehicle check In online didn’t work as it was supposed to. Had to call company and send photos in an email. The app just sent us in circles and had no place to attach photos. Drop off in the street leaves ample opportunity for vandalism and fuel theft. Seems like U-HAUL would want to provide a more secure drop off point. You would think during big moving time frames like weekends the facility would be open longer than 3:00 O’clock. Overall the experience was excellent. Great truck. Just need to make the drop off procedure easier and more secure.

CHRISTY HUnfortunately I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone. Over charged, unavailable, I had to be my own customer service to find a truck and then had to pay extra just to be able to move when I was given a quote and availability that wasn't accurate.

Stephanie GIt was snowing so we decided to get it in close truck to rent . Once we got everything in the truck only took a 10 mile trip.. And the truck leaked all over my furniture. Not very happy about this because that's the reason why we rented an enclosed track instead of using our regular trailer.
