I rented a small trailer to haul a gun safe to Pennsylvania. I paid 164.00 to rent it and an appliance dolly. I could not get the safe and canceled the trip to Pa.. I had trailer and dolly returned within an hour to Mudder Automotive. They were closed and I left a detailed message on answering machine as to why trailer was back. I did not expect a full refund but feel I should not have paid full amount that I was charged to use it and take out of state. Mudder Automotive did not return it to their inventory and a week later a U-Haul representative called me inquiring as to the location of the trailer. I had to explain that it was not used and was returned to Mudders Automotive within an hour after picking it up. Again I don’t feel I should have got a full refund but I do feel there could have been a deduction of charge because the trailer did not get used and did not have miles put on It driving to Pennsylvania .

orest wNice folks and very helpful. Trouble free transaction. I have used Mudder's twice and they are always professional. They have some awesome bulldogs too. Petting a happy dog always makes my day! I wish the U-Haul auto carriers had a winch. I had to transport a disabled car and it was tough to load.

Jeremy DI called. Was told that the lady was busy and would call me back when done with the customer. I waited over 4 hours, then I called back. I was told I would be called the day before by 6pm. I called after 730pm. Found out my phone number was listed wrong. Was told when I got called the day before they would explain the self check in process. Even after me calling check in was a royal pain

ELIZABETH VI accidentally left a $50 bill in the uhaul truck on the dash when I dropped it off. I am positive it was there but yet they never called to tell me I had left it there.

Gene RA brief overview of cab and container lighting switches/delays/etc. would be helpful. Didn't discover the inside container lights until the move was done. Mudder automotive very accommodating. Will use them again.
Thomas AI had to fix the electrical ( 4 way ) wires from truck to trailer . They were to tight and broke into . I was driving interstate and was pulling out of a rest area when I notice I had no lights . But other than that , everything went well .

BRADFORD DVery helpful and mindful of safety. Took hitch ball in shop to make sure it was oriented correctly and fixed it for no charge to ensure I had no issues. Well done, happy to pay what they wanted and had zero issues. Highly recommended.
