The staff can be friendly and more informative. The office was dark to begin with. We were not greeted and had to wonder and ask who we go with to rent the device. clerk didn’t even tell me where to go get the gadget I rented or if I was familiar on how to use it. I had to ask where do I get and he told me oh walk out and you will see them out there just grab one

Don WThis is the second time I’ve had to rent a uhaul truck from Multy Mini Storage. First time was a great experience and this time was really easy as all my info was already in the system. The customer service was great both times.
John HMake sure the batteries are somewhat new not 4 yrs old make sure water doesn't go into the the cabin and get the driver wet also make sure water doesn't get in the back and possibly damage furniture cuz that's what happened to me
josh EThis uhaul location is horrible. It doesn't have any parking for customers. The property owners live upstairs and they don't provide enough parking for uhaul cusromers. When i arrived at the location, I had to park behind the property owners vehicle because there wasn't any parking. He immediately told me to move in a very rude manner. I asked him where I could park and he just told me to move my vehicle somewhere else.

Luis SWas raining. Worker told me where to leave the trailer. Came out after rain stoped to see if I needed help. Had already on hooked trailer and pushed it to to a open spot.

Jose QVery dirty being with Covid do you think the place would be more cleaner the guy that took care of us was a very nice gentleman but the mask he was wearing looks like it was two years old since Covid started and the truck that they gave me did not want to go over 65 felt like the trans was slipping in the steering column was very loose so it was scary driving back to Chicago did not feel safe in that truck I have rented lots of U-Haul‘s before this is the first time I was not happy with the truck that they gave us 😢

DANIEL AI’m appalled by the service we received at this location. The person that attended us was rude, disrespectful, and insulting for no reason. He arrived late to the location and as we waited outside he approached me he asked me what I needed. I told him I had a reservation and he walked away to attend to another customer that was also waiting. When he came back I repeated my response to him and he stated “yeah I heard you the first time”. We proceeded to go inside and as we conversed about driving the uhaul vehicle I told him that on my way to the location I was having a conversation with my wife about how I would find driving a motorcycle difficult but not a uhaul. He responded “ no fucking difference”. I told him that for me it’s just the fact of having to change gears and he responded “ not everyone is smart buddy”. I did not reply to his rude and insulting remark and stayed quiet. I wanted to get out of there but we really needed the rental as our lease is up in our apartment. I decided to just stay quiet. Even when we told him not to worry for being late and that we understood, he acted this way with us. I have never seen anyone treat a customer this way. No one deserves this type of treatment. Moving is already stressful why treat a customer this way? This was my first time using a uhaul unfortunately it will also be my last I have never experienced this type of treatment in any other business. Thank you for taking the time to read my experience.
