Make sure there are enough vehicles for the number of reservations made. I arrived early and was told I was ‘lucky I came early’ as the pick up time I had reserved would not have had an available vehicle (van). There was someone booked 30 min before my reservation and only one van.
BARB KVery good experience renting from Munchies Uhaul. Staff were very professional and helpful. Van was brand new and clean. Only downside was the Uhaul app, found it very finicky, hard to use. Overall very good experience.

vino jVery unhappy with the service provided and the charges applied to my VISA over charged and all I got told was not him it’s all to do with U-Haul will never rent again from U-Haul as this is the second time this has happened. I will be posting my experience to all online social media sites shortly. As I was not offered any resolution to the situation is very unprofessional. Also will be contacting my credit card company.

Leon NThe U-haul truck had a leak that went on my close and damaged multiple boxes. Not impressed at all. Things like this should be checked and maintenance should be done on these vehicles regularly

Patrick FRental went smoothly, no issues with check-in or check-out. Vehicle worked as it should. Booked rental for store opening time, delayed slightly as store opened a bit late. Winter time, minor delay, not a big deal.

derek cFuel gage was just a little over 1/8 . Should have taken a dash picture b/c form said 1/4. I misunderstood when I was told to mark the gas level on the sheet which I did. We only drove 16 MI total . Fuel gage needle barely moved at all. Excessive $29.95 + hst gas charge was lowered to $20 after much argument. Also smelled burnt oil. Check engine line came on on return journey in the last 2 miles of it. Vehicles in CA should have km/hour gage visible not only mph
David CIt's been over 24 hours and I haven't recieved my deposit back yet. I normally go to the specific U-Haul location and typically the deposit is back in my account before I leave the premises.
Kyle WWe booked a 26 foot truck 6 weeks in advance- they didn’t have one because it was being dropped off in Barrie- we had to make 2 trips to move which is completely unacceptable- we were moving from Whitby to Barrie- then we get charged for late arrival- very unprofessional and caused us delays to our movers as well as we needed 8 am pickup and it wasn’t available till 10 am- this caused us undue stress and loss of our moving help! This is not acceptable

Christopher CI went into the store asking to rent a truck for a couple of hours. Man said there wasn't any available. I'm like there's 10 in the parking lot.. So I went online and there were trucks available so I reserved one online and went back into the store and said how does this make sense?? I feel you will lose customers because of this not everyone has access to a computer.. I wasn't happy that I wasted a hour trying to get something that was available but only by online access..

Omar SCheck in was quick and easy. Returning the vehicle was disappointing. On the journey back, the engine light came on. I notified the man behind the counter, but he was busy with customers, he did not inspect the truck, or mileage. I have rented from U haul in the past and know the routine for returning a truck. He said he would note the engine light on the key fob, and just wanted to know was the truck clean and gas was back at rental level. This check in routine protects the customer and U haul / agent, and left me feeling I was put in a dubious position. I did take pictures of the dashboard, showing the mileage and engine light on.

Raihan MI booked this Trailer for 8:30am as it showed that this location was open at 8am. I got there to find out that on Sundays they open at 9am and have been since Covid started. It would of been nice if the UHAUL System was updated to reflect a 9am opening. Why hasn't this been fixed in over 2 years as I'm sure that many others have had this problem with this location??? I feel that I should be compensated as I was late for a Trade Show And it didn't look good on me.

gary jOwner can be difficult to deal with. I did the online check in last time and he straight up told me that I didn't - (calling me a liar) even after I showed him on my phone. "It's not in the system so you couldn't have done it" were his exact words. Hey needs customer service training.

Bernabe PMy only reason for not giving an excellent rating is that my pick up was scheduled for 9am and the store didn’t open until 9:10 which delayed check in etc. as there were several people waiting to get vehicles. otherwise staff were polite and professional. A positive experience overall.
