howard pNo good place to leave truck except beside busy highway as both entrances were blocked off, one with a pipe barrier the other with a vehicle.

Mitchell MBig parking lot. The only issue was we had to use our own jack to disconnect the trailer. It would've been a lot better to have one of Uhauls trailer jack on hand.

Brent RI have rented u haul trucks for years from various locations. As long as I live in this area this is the only place I will go to. She definitely care for the customer.

Bryan WI checked no on the personnel at Murray Motor location because they didn’t get up to help detach the trailer. The other issue for me was I don’t believe the facility is ADA compliant. Stairs are straight up with no handrail and was difficult for me to get in. The Iowa location was excellent and helpful.
GLENN KNo appliance dolly we’re available, the agent ended by giving me a regular dolly with no charge, I could broke my back to lift appliance in to seconde floor, it was just the money that matter to theme.

Jessica PThe uhaul was very easy to drive for a big truck. The only issue I have was the truck was a 1/4 of a tank from being empty upon pickup. I put some gas in it to get 3/4 full. When I turned the truck in I was charged for going over the mileage. No biggie. But the truck was returned with a little more than half a tank of gas. Am I going to get reimbursed for the difference at $3.69 per gallon?

ryan jWas charged for not turning in on time but the day I took it up there the day it was suppose to be back they where closed and I was charged for equipment when the truck I drove didn’t have any equipment in stock when I rented from them so they took even more money will not be using them again
