There has to be a better way on informing the customer that the pick up location changed. I never received any update on why my truck wasn't at the location I selected. They should notify the customer through email or a phone call if the text message doesn't go through.Armando G.

Have the trucks located within walking distance to the office. Have signs at the location of the trucks saying the office is a few miles away. Have signs telling you where to exit the location. The poor lady behind the desk was very nice and helpful, but the poor management clearly shows. Have the location with the correct address. This was the most poorly managed Uhual I have ever witnessed. I lost an entire day of moving because the truck we were given seemed to be blocked in. There was no direct number to the location to contact the office the explain the situation. We drive straight out of the parking lot and got stuck. After 45 minutes on hold for the emergency number!! I was greeted by a friendly lady. I explained the situation and was told I could leave the truck to go pick up my new truck. As I was leaving the local law enforcement told me I had to stay because the truck was blocking the highway. After 3 hours sitting by the highway we were towed out of the ditch and went on our way. During this entire time. I was unable to contact anyone from Uhual. I had to call a different office who couldn't help me. This was the worst experience of moving I have ever had, and that's out of 31 moves in my life. I will never use Uhual agin and will explain this story to anyone debating on using Uhual.Brandon D.
