I returned the U-Haul early so several days tried several times. Call Haines no return call and the place was closed when I dropped it off. Never heard back. I did take photos and video of dropping me off.

Daniel NysI didn’t have any issues with the location. The u-haul check-in service however is ridiculous! It took over 45 minutes to check-in and a half an hour to check-out due to contactless services. The padlock for the back of the cargo bay was almost impossible to remove. It took three of us to do it.
Patricia BowlingWe left more gas in the truck than we began with. Yet, we were charged for additional milage. ($24). Seems kinda unfair since they came out on top with extra gas.

My gas gauge was definitely right between a quarter and a half tank which is how it was when I picked it up. Subsequently I was charged an outrageous amount for fuel and a $30 fee ????

Jeanne BohlenNot sure if the trailer was given to me with a couple of tires excessively worn or if the tires wore down excessively during the first 1400 to 1500 miles of my trip, but the tires did get replaced as unsafe during my overnight stop in Salt Lake City. The service for the tire replacement was excellent.

Delshunta HayesI had a reservation to pick up a truck in Champaign IL on 4/22/2022. Once I closed down may email for the day on 4/21/2022, I saw on 4/22/2022 that my reservation was switched to Danville, IL. I was given extra miles so make up for bring the truck back to Mahomet, IL to load. Once I got to My Taxi (very dirty and smelling of smoke) the lady working for My Taxi said she didn't know how to check in U-Haul customers and called her boss to tell him I was there. She called him 3 times in 45 minutes and he never answered the phone. The clerk finally said I could go online to check in (why didn't she say that 45 minutes ago?). I went online and my reservation was still at the Champaign store. I had to call U-Haul directly to get the reservation switched and found out I had to redo ALL my info again. You asked for all kinds of phone numbers and a picture of my passport, that of course I do not carry on me. I was not about to wait for U-Haul to contact my personal contact and my employer to pick up a truck that my paperwork said was reserved for me. After driving 45 minutes to Danville, waiting 45 minutes to be told the owner wasn't answering the phone and to go online to get the keys, 15 minutes to remake my account and 45 minutes back to Mahomet to start packing I wasted so much time in a very hectic day. The worst part was Champaign did have trucks on their lot but I was told they were only for local moves. I will think twice about using U-Haul, I will never pick a truck up in Danville (to make things convenient for you - not me the customer) .
Lisa KeatingThe gentleman was very nice. He went right away to inspect the vehicle, check mileage and gas. He came in and processed the return and showed me the screen that I owed only $16.00 more (.40 cents a mile over 92). He said he emailed me the receipt but couldn't get his printer to work. He was friendly and a people person. He also thanked us for our business. Very Professional

RAVIKUMAR PATELMake sure you tell the customer where the u haul needs dropped off at. Also don't make the drop off point 4 hrs away from where I moved to. When there are several within 5 miles of me.
