6x12 trailer is too heavy to lift for one person. I had to wait for help. Finally had to get owner of facility to climb the trailer on the rear to put weight on it to lift the tongue to just barely get on top of hitch. Then I had to lift while they got the tongue to go down on ball, there is NO WAY one person can put this trailer onto a hitch. I threw my back out lifting the trailer. Then onto bringing to the ending destination, I had to call some one to come help me get the trailer off the hitch, it was way to heavy. So in both instances, picking up and dropping off, lifting that trailer by yourself is impossible unless you are some 300 pound football player. Why are you not making this easy to lift onto a hitch and off a hitch? Why are you making people ruin their backs to use your trailers?

Susan LThere was a lock on my trailer that I found when I got home to load up and I was told to figure out how to get it off myself so I wasted time I paid for to use as a rental to get a lock off the trailer before I could use it
