The location is convenient. The problem is your web app. It stinks. It freezes, it is not intuitive.
Charles HThe reason I rated the location “below average”” was because it was simply a gas station, not a usual U-Haul rental place...therefore it was not possible to get boxes, tape, etc. Fortunately I didn’t need any of this stuff, and the cargo van and dolly I had reserved online were there when I arrived. The person behind the counter knew what to do and had me on my way in no time. Bonus: because it’s a gas station, you can top off the gas tank easily upon return! A very pleasant experience overall.
