JOHN B.After booking this load, I was told that the original uhual location did not have the 15 foot truck I needed and had to call to find out where the new location was after waiting on the phone for 20 minutes to get a hold of someone. Luckily for me, NV Autobody not only saved the day but made me feel like I could go to them for any rental needs in the future. My ride was not going to be at their location for 20 minutes after they closed and they let me come inside and wait to avoid the cold. I will always recommend this location and nowhere else.
