The pick-up process took almost 30 minutes to complete. The keys to my vehicle (confirmed by text) could not be found so they had to call someone to discuss giving me another vehicle. The vehicle I was eventually given was extremely dirty.
John Wee TomEquipment was clean and maintained except the low oil pressure indicator came on 10 minutes after I left the lot. I added some synthetic oil as per the manual in the truck and was later reimbursed by Uhaul so a happy experience overall.

Rinu SuluAttendant was slow at entering the check in and did not complete the check out while we were there. Receipt followed by email. Van was new and clean. A much improved vehicle over the old ones: backup camera is especially needed for a van.

Ronald GidgeI had an issue with online check in, verification and the keys to the vehicle were not accessible. I saw a lock box, but had no information with regards to it. When I tried to chat online, I was told to call a number, and was a hold for too long....... FORTUNATELY, the owner of the store/ location showed up and was able to help me out of my " online " predicament. If he had not showed up, It would not have been a good day.

Mano WijayawickramaI’m confident I’m not the first person to complain about this location. This place has a little fuel scam going. I picked up the van with an 1/8th of a tank and returned it as such. The proprietary added a fuel charge of $30 and a $14 surcharge. When I returned to question him about it he produces a picture of the fuel gage at 1/4 which he claimed to take that morning. When I produced the photograph I took before departing with the vehicle it clearly shows 1/8 of a tank. He told me to call customer service. Nice scam they’ve got going there.
Jeffrey BenoyYour fuel policy is ridiculous. The customer has no way of knowing exactly how much fuel to put in a vehicle after use. If you don't put in enough fuel you will be extremely overcharged. Will not use U-Haul ever again.

Kishan MavaniThe smelled really bad, previous use had something spilled and was never cleaned. The engine had something wrong and used up twice the amount of fuel. Windshield wiper blades need to be replaced and tires worn out.
Orest WolostchakThe computer was down and the guy behind the counter was very little help. When I called the uhaul number I was transferred 3 times and then sent 2 links that were the least helpful I have ever had in my life. Worst experience I have had at a uhaul.

Errol SequeiraThis had nothing to do with the location, but U-Haul Service itself. The truck I rented had a temporary paper license plate taped to the back window from Arizona that was dated 04/04/2022. This resulted in me getting pulled over by the police in Ontario for suspected illegal activity as the paper plate looked suspicious and could not be verified. It also had an older date on it and the police questioned whether it was valid. I returned it earlier than usual because I didn't want to get pulled over again.
Katherine KohlerMake sure the rental is clean and serviced. I had to vacuum up glass shards in the cargo bed before using it and the low tire pressure light was on once I got the vehicle. Customer service rep also did not know how to open the lock box and did not really care about how long he was taking.

Radhey GorTerrible experience. The van had no gas in it when we picked it up. The tire pressure light was on. There was no dolly in the truck despite ordering one in advance. And there was no padding available for moving, despite ordering those in advance. Overall, I did not feel safe driving the van provided. Very disappointed with Uhaul, especially because it was not a cheap purchase.
Nathan ColucciWorst experience ever demonstrated by a service provider. I reached before my pickup time and still the rental was handed over to me 30 minutes past my scheduled time since it was covered with snow and tires were stuck in the snow because it was not cleaned. After I parked at the spot, as mentioned on the uhaul mobile drop off instruction, the location manager/owner Bhavin Shah, called me from his personal number and yelled at me since I put it in same spot and advised me never to book uhaul from his location. Never take a uhaul from this location, this location does not deserves uhaul’s business.
Gurpreet Kaur GandhiFound vehicle with a used mask inside from previous occupants. Inside was covered in winter grime. The outside was also dirty. Therefore the pre rental inspection was nearly impossible to do. The fuel reading level was inaccurate

Prajot RanaRenters beware!!! Used U-haul many times before but this was worst experience ever. Will consider Home Depot next time. Had reservation for a van for $19.95/day for 15 hrs. As now you not getting contract, couldn't check the fuel level. Couldn't see odometer as message that tire was low covered it. It was 1/4 of a tank in a vehicle. Before pulling out I told them about the tire so they said to add some air. I added full run of compressor so tire didn't look flat anymore but still the message was covering odometer. I got couch from Scarborough to Mississauga. Returned the vehicle 7 hrs ahead of time. To make sure that fuel was little over than when I took it I added $25 of gas and it was over a 1/4. My surprise was when I saw that calculation showed me that I made just under 90 km but on a bill showing me that i owe them over $100 worth of gas??? It shows that it was 7/8 of tank. By logic ...it was their calculation of distance and in that case the vehicle is taking 100 liters/100 km ...it is much more than fully loaded tractor trailer could take. I declined the coverage but ... On the final bill they're charging me $109 instead of $19.95 ....plus coverage plus over $100 for gas!!!!!!!!! This is a scam to have someone pay for the gas that they or their friend used!!!! ...but to change the rate???? Never had such experience with U-haul!!!!
TOMASZ SWITALSKITire was flat, I was charged for insurance even tho I didn’t select it. The guy didn’t check the van over before I took it. He literally took it out of the overnight lockbox when I got there. If had checked it over he would have seen tire was almost flat. I tried to take care of the flat so it wouldn’t be a problem for the next customer.

Nick AngelisWe arrived to pick up the van and a car was blocking the van in and it could not be moved, as well the van did not have a full tank. The cashier stated the transaction would be refunded within 24 hours and this has not happened. Instead we have been charged for a service we were not able to use.

MOHIT KUNDRAThe store rep. did not make it clear that he was a U-Haul representative and could help me with a sign-in issue/ check-in issue. My license had expired, but I had the renewal paperwork on my phone. The app would not let me submit the paperwork, as you cannot access your phone library, and the app help chat directed me to reach out to the store individual. I asked him if he could help, and he stated that it was all online, he couldn't help me. He didn't ask for my reservation number or anything at first. I think they need some training in standard questions to ask to help you resolve issues, as I could have easily dealt with him.
