Daniel NI call ahead to drop the equipment as the location that originally was in the agreement was not the correct one, they said it was ok to drop in the new location, I call new location and they were ok to drop as well so I did. Later they try to charge me for wrong drop off. that is wrong........ very this type of tactic to gain extra cash just hurts the brand.

Gerald lSomehow the initial reservation, which had a drop off of Kissimmee, was revised to have a drop off in first Clermont, and then Mineola. I checked maps and both were hours away from where I moved to. Unacceptable. I brought it to the Narcoosie feed store 1 mile from my home and they took care of me. The attendant there went above and beyond to help, despite closing soon. Thank you very much.
GARY CIt was a pain in the ass to return with the online check in because it was closed. No hate to this place but the online submission is dumb as hell. Drop the keys in the box and do the rest, I didn’t get paid for the pictures of the car and the time I spent doing it. Yet you all made 100 bucks off me for two hours for a truck.
Ethan Rover charge for miles that I didn't use. this location do Not provide copy documents for check in and check out. its impossible to track the miles and fuel they are charging it. look for another rental location.

RAFAEL VI never found the key until an hour and a half past the pick up time.I had to call the Uhaul 1 800 # and the internet service at that location is non existent.I couldn't get a signal.It was horrible
KEITH KI needed to update my drop off, tried Friday and got transferred 4 times with no help. Saturday morning called again and got a wonderful agent who updated for me. Not sure why the folks on Friday couldn't do what an agent did on Saturday in 1 minute.

Lemuel RThey got the mileage wrong on my paperwork. They charged for 625 when it should have only been 32 miles. $703 was taken off of my credit card. The lady was difficult with me at first when I called very upset. She did cake care of it finally. But it's still processing as we speak. Also, they had no Hand Trucks to help me move available at her facility. How do you rent a truck and there is no dolly to rent? What average person has a dolly to move stuff around? Terrible experience.
Roy FThis location rented a van that was roach infested. I was unable to take the van back to the location because they were closed for the day. On Monday, the next business day when I contact the establishment and shared my concern with the manager, I was advise that Uhaul was aware of the issue and they were advise to roach bum the van. Which they did. The van was unrentable and should not have been rented until all of the roaches were gone. Thank you Ben

Lawrence STRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES! first of all the people were very nice, but they had no idea how to place the order let alone how to put a car on a tow dolly. No idea whatsoever. I probably spent an hour or more longer getting this vehicle than I would normally I was very disappointed.
David PThe red right rear light did not work, but from the rest everything very well, excellent service, location, equipment and friendly attention.
Jose RBan had a check engine light on when I picked it up. Was told because it was a one way that they would not swap it out for the one parked next to it as that was theirs. Charged me $9 more for 9 miles but never calculated my destinations only general city. Took the most efficient routes and still got hit with a extra charge.
