Have a legit business not just a street with uhauls parked everywhere. GPS didn’t even have a clue and once again don’t consider drop off and pick up with just a smart phone if it’s not going to work it’s very inconvenient and stressful

I was happy with the location. I was insanely unhappy with U-Haul. I’ll move my stuff 100 lbs at a time in a backpack before renting another U-Haul.

Could never get this site on the phone when trying to make contact. No signage at the site to indicate it was Nashville Truck Rentals, although a U-haul sign was evident.Upon contacting national office, I was given the wrong opening times twice for this drop off location. This experience was plagued with misinformation.

I had the worst experience ever with Uhaul and will NEVER use it again! I rented a van used it for less than 20 miles, for 2 days, filled the tank before returning it. Then I get a receipt saying that used the van for 100 miles, that I didn’t put gas and charged me for 3 days. I called Uhaul, went to the store where I rented it and they said they could not do anything because the van is not there anymore. There should be a walk through before and after renting a van to make sure everything is correct. I feel violated and will make sure everyone knows about this. I cannot believe you guys charged for more than twice than what I was supposed to pay and got away with it.

I am a little unhappy about the fact that the mileage was so much. There needs to be more explanation from the start about how much mileage cost and if you should fill up your truck when you are done.

I was charged a $30 insurance fee that was not discussed with me at the time of rental. I immediately called when I received my paid invoice and noticed it. The location said I would need to call Uhaul directly and tell them that it was added by mistake. Uhaul did not fix the error and said they would need to send it else where within their company. I have not heard back from Uhaul to resolve.

The U-Haul cab was dirty, the dashboard had crud all over it, and worst of all, it reeked of smoke. Otherwise everything went well, but it was really gross to drive.

The online check-in did not work well at all for this recervaton, too many system problems. The local manager was very helpful in getting the check-in process completed for me.

You’re kinda on your own , but that’s how the system is set up ; just follow all the instructions on your phone. Don’t expect anyone to answer the phone and NEVER try to get a refund for returned unused boxes
