Daniel LThe only complaint I have is that you can get charged for not sweeping out the truck after you’re done so it covers the service fee. But it should be swept out before the next customer takes it, because there was still a lot of dirt in the truck from whoever had it before me. Other than the little stuff like that 10/10 service would rent again next time I have to move :) the lady who helped me was super nice and friendly, she deserves a raise

Edward JPickup was a breeze even though they were busy. Drop off was also quick and easy, a employee came out and even unhooked my trailer for me. Great service from both Sylva and Asheville locations.

Sheila OVery friendly customer service provided. One minor issue. The stacking of the trailers front to back made it a little difficult to hand pull the trailer out as the tongue had to be kept low while disengaging. Perhaps build up the parking area with stone so it is level.

Joseph EThe truck pulled to the right, which was annoying after 1,200 miles. the insurance I bought for $100 did not cover a minor accident that I had. Repwest, the insurance company tells you to contact your insurance to make a claim. They only cover what your insurance company does not. I was under the impression that the insurance that I bought would cover that, but it does not. The door lock for drivers door quit working, which was also annoying. Obviously, Uhaul is a shady company by selling insurance that does not cover an accident. Never use them.

WILLIAM HThey called me at 2:55pm saying they were closing at 3pm that day when the posted hours advertised a 5pm closing time. They needed up agreeing to wait until 3:30pm and I was able to pick up the trailer, but I did have to change plans to accommodate this. The staff was extremely friendly, but a bit more notice would have been nice.

Barbara TDropped off the truck at 3 am. Spent 10 minutes looking for the key drop box. The name, Nathan's, was not on the building, but finally saw it on a door in very dark lettering. Very poor lighting.

Dennis HFirst trailer that was assigned had a flat tire on it..had to reassign a different trailer..all units should be inspected daily...
Sterling PThe automated drop off was horrible. The app wouldn’t take the pictures that I took for multiple times. Same with taking a pic of where it was parked. Also, the app didn’t have an option to drop off 20 minutes closer at the U-Haul location in Bryson City, so it took an extra 40 minutes of drive time along with about 20-30 minutes to get pictures that U-Haul app would accept.
