I set up a return at 9am on Sunday and I was told the gate would be open for drop off. When I arrived the gate was closed. I was forced to return to my apartment and wait to return the truck, causing additional mileage and gas to be used.

I feel like I was taken advantage of with regard to fuel charges. I drove the van only 40 miles and put 5 gallons in the van. I was charged $15 for insufficient fuel. This is ridiculous.

I made my reservation for 10am. Got a call the evening before my pickup saying the van wouldn't be ready until 12pm but that I would be able to return van the next morning at 8am. When I went to pickup the van, the attendant first confirmed that I could return the van at 8am the next day but then right before I left, told me I had to return it at 4:30pm because they confirmed a reservation with a 4:30pm pickup that day. So my original reservation of 6 hours was now not possible. I rushed and returned the van at 4:30pm and there wasn't another customer there to pickup the van, so I feel that I was deceived. I also did the early check-in online, and the attendant said the info had not been received. The van was in great condition, but I didn't feel like the service was as good as my past experiences with Uhaul.

my order was drop the truck in any location but they force me to pay extra to drop the truck in overland. so bad

Not charge a $25.00 cleaning fee for a box that was inadvertently left in the truck. When I called them they said it doesn't what it was it's $25.00 no matter how small the item or what was left. And it would be nice if they sent you something telling you they had charged you more. They did have my email address so why didn't they send me anything. It would also be nice if the people you talked to actually spoke English!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found the owner to be efficient & polite. His facility is fairly small and access is a bit tight, but he offers to back the trucks out, and having seen him do it, I was impressed with his driving skills. I will use his rentals again.

This was beyond the worst experience I've had in quite some time. I really would like a refund but I don't think that'll happen so instead I'll spread the word about how horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible ( yes, that horrible ) the service is. Every social media outlets will know of the very painful experience, when dealing with such horrible service. Please call me at 773-8079619. That is if you care at all about the customers or is this just a money making scam. I would love to tell you how much the service sucked and exactly what you can do to improve and also I would love to provide my account information get a refund

Small parking lot, if not comfortable backing up, I would ask the workers to help back it out for you. They seem happy to do so.
