U-Haul first sent me to Centennial location telling me my 4Ã—8 was at 1601 Broadway. Was not happy having to travel across town. Mel at Broadway location was excellent and a great guy. Don't care for your online experience!!Debra S.

I was supposed to pick up the truck and the tow dolly in this location, but surprise! Just the (smoke stinky) truck was there, so I had to go to a Denver location to pick up the tow truck and obviously the gas was on me. At the end I was supposed to pay around $320, but of course I ended paying $450 for some unexplainable reason. Oh! And in addition a really rude guy representing U-Haul on Longmont location as a dessert. Thank you for a horrible service.Hector E.

The store manager, Mel, was terrific. Someone from the scheduling office made a mistake and double-booked my reservation and Mel went above and beyond to accommodate and allow me to return the rental after hours. Scheduling, make sure to update reservations.JUSTIN L.

We were lucky to slip in under the wire and get the truck checked in during open hours because the instructions on what to do after hours were very unclear. Almost got the truck stuck in the alleyway behind this place looking for where we should park it after hours.AMY H.

The location forgot to put the pads in the truck, and we didn't realize it until over 20 miles away. They sent us to the Highlands Ranch UHaul location to get the padsâ€¦..and I had to pay for them again! Really UHaul? Make the customer pay for your mistake. Not a good look.Kevin C.

We originally set a reservation for the Garrison and Jewell location, and the last minute I was texted that we were to pick up our truck at the Broadway location WAY out of our way. It was a huge inconvenience and none of the other locations near us had a 20ft truck. We were told by the Garrison location that we would receive a rebate of $50 and lower gas rate from the Broadway location because the Uhaul failed to provide our reservation or notify us in time. However the Broadway location told us it was the garrison location that was liable for the rebate... moving is stressful enough to then have to deal with all of this back and forth crap. Not impressed, I'll go with a private moving company in the future.Ryan B.

Make sure that the truck has the equipment rented for the day! When the truck is picked up at off hours and the rented equipment isn't there, it completely messes up the timeline of the moving day (which for most, including us, means a lot of lost $$$).William N.

Uhaul wasn't even at location, they rescheduled my uhaul reservation 4 times at 4 different locations within 72 hours. Then when I went to pick it up, nobody was there. When I finally got a truck, they had given me the wrong size truck and I was charged extra for having to go 50 miles out of the way to pick up the truck just to drive it back before I could even use it for moving. Completely unacceptable and I will never use or recommend uhaul to anyone ever again.Daniel C.

While the checkout process was wonderful, handing the UHaul back in was a challenging experience. It was after hours and we were told to park along the side of a busy street. All the spots were taken and the UHaul parking lot was blocked off too. It was VERY hard to find parking and took us over 45 minutes to get a hold of customer service who didn't give us much advice on where to park. Since it is a busy street, it's important that all customers are notified where to park if the designated parking is full. All in all, a VERY frustrating experience after a long day of moving.Scott Z.
