There was a new system being used, where they have to capture image of driver licenses, it does not work at all, and eventually, the representative got kick in to a older server. The whole check in process took 20 more minutes than when I rented the Cargo van from the same location 3 months earlier.

A big thank you to your associate Jon, who was extremely helpful and patient. I used the uhaul app to pick up my van on Sunday morning, and without his help I would not have suceded. He acually gave me his personal cell phone and drove over sunday morning on his day off to help me! You cant buy that kind of service! Again thank you very much

The cargo van was perfect. I didn't realize you could unlock/lock the doors with the key fob. I manually did each and every one. LOL. Seems like a silly thought no to let people know but just didn't think a truck would have that capability.

Thought the cost of their gas charge is ridiculous. Went 19 miles (@$1.99 per mile already accounted for, and then got hit unexpectedly with an additional $13 for gas. Really? And with no initial explanation that has would be factored in, let alone the cost of it.

The pickup facility and their staff was excellent! Other than that the rest of the experience was horrible. I made a reservation over a week before my move & Uhaul contacted me 3 separate times to change my pick up location. Originally my pick up was 3 miles from my home. In the end I had to drive an extra 20 miles each way & was told I could not get a mileage credit. Always thought a reservation was just that, a reservation. Didn't need the extra aggravation on top of moving.

Not enough staff. Only one trailer available- it had faulty wiring that took quite a while to fix. I was not asked to choose the insurance option. I was simply charged. I didn’t need it as I have full coverage from State Farm.

i was in a pinch and needed a truck to make a run up to Marlboro Massachusetts. I call all over and no one had a truck. So I call U-HAUL and someone told me to call Nationwide Auto Group of East Windsor they may have a truck for me, and they did. I called and spoke to a lovely lady Name Amy who took very good care of me. Amy was very professional, polite, and sweet. I would recommend them to anyone. So from now on when i need a truck I will call U-Haul of East Windsor (Nationwide Auto Group). Thanks Amy

We were waiting for the long time there, It was rainy outside and all of our boxes got wet. They keep telling us the system is not working and we have to wait, we were there for 3 hours and finally got the truck I believe you know how valuable time is in the moving day. I paid 200 hundred dollar extra to moving staff since they were just waiting and couldn't handle anythiing

Came on a rainy Sunday morning to find the U-Haul App was not working. Customer service was useless and I would like to chat with someone at the company directly to explain the issue with the app. The goal is that can have some type of impact. The people at the location were super nice and it had nothing to do with them. It had to do with a poorly created app and ill equipped customer service reps. Thanks

The truck was old and had over 167,000 miles. Suspension on truck was a concern for me especially hauling important furniture. Truck storage compartment was also very muddy. Staff was very helping in attempting to rectify the problem. Great staff but truck needs to be updated.

It would have been simpler if the gas tank had been full when we picked it up. Trying to guess how much was needed to get back to 7/16 required 2 stops on our way back (and yes, we saw the note on the keychain, but it was still not easy). Otherwise great--thank you!

Rating would have been excellent except for the fact my truck was not available at agreed pickup time. Waited 2 hours before truck was available which caused me major delays. Agent tried to give me a small discount on the mileage rate but was not able to because the online system would not allow it. I should have gotten some kind of discount/compensation for the delay. I hope U-Haul will address asap.

Always a great experience when renting at this location. Amy provides an excellent customer service. Fast, reliable and trucks are in great condition. This is my third rental since July and I will keep renting from this location.

Everything was excellent from pick up , service until drop off. A few comments. 1. Your online system and customer service assocs are not able to show the real availability. My vehicle was available from morning 9 AM but still your assoc. indicated it is available from 2 PM only.... 2. The rental rate and safe move were quoted as 19.95 and 14 $ but in the bill they were doubled as $ 39.90 and 28. Not sure why.
