This is a bit of a remote (no frills) so not much to say about the drop off but very convenient and close for us. And we could do everything quickly over the phone for the return. Only recommendation would be to have a sign where they want trailers dropped off. It was behind a tree line and we almost didn't see it.

This location needs signage. Where the truck was parked is way off the highway....easy to miss. The dealer was very nice and cordial however.

Owner says he was in a meeting. Bad phone reception with alot of noise in background. Dolly was reserved but no dolly. lenora G.Just a shack located on the slope of a very steep hill. the only clue to being possibly a u-haul location was a bunch of trailers parked. there was no one present to check in or help unhook. Thankfully my son was with me or I would not have been able to unhook the trailer. the listed phone number under a google search is not in service.
Thomas N.Please start by honoring the time and location selected upon reservation. My location and time was changed Thursday afternoon. I was scheduled to pick up originally Saturday morning but it was changed to Saturday at 630 PM. It gets better, upon arrival no truck. I had to explain this to My hired help who were already inconvenienced enough by the last minute change. Uhaul customer service reps and the local rental had an oh well attitude. I guess it's a numbers game and they will rent a truck to whoever puts a card on file whether there is a truck available or not they do not care!!!

Harold B.The guy who worked the location was extremely nice and helpful but I scheduled my rental weeks ago to pick up in auburn. I had to drive an extra 40 minutes out of my way just to pick up the truck and that's extra gas out of my pocket on top of the high truck rental prices. Very dissatisfied with how all of that worked out and will be trying to get reimbursed for the extra gas I had to use.
Courtney D.Equipment was clean, although 3 of the 4 tires on the trailer had less than 13 lbs pressure. The trailer did not tow well and shook. I stopped a few exits away and found the 3 tires almost flat. After I added air to them the problem was solved and the trailer did not give me a problem afterwards. The representative at this location was courteous and checking in was quicker than I expected. I would recommend this location to orhers.
Jeffery H.No one was at the location. At night it was a little scary. As a woman, I was glad I didn't go alone or need any assistance. By the way, the unit I rented had a loose lightbulb, wire, or short in the right tail light. Flickered going over any bump in the road.

KIM C.A claim has been filed for the service rendered at this location. Pickup was at 2:45, I arrived at 2:40 and left at 6:21 with truck/trailer and had no gas. Was in a strange town/state and didn't know if I would make it to a gas station or not. Knowledge of product was not good, left me at location for personal errands as well. Found beer can in truck that was tucked away in side pocket of door. I don't drink beer and it was opened and partially gone. Didn't notice it when I picked up the truck because I was driving, but found it when I reviewed truck prior to turning back in. Overcharged me and took a deposit that I am now being told that he never should have. Was also made to get insurance when I had full coverage insurance on my vehicle/and any other one that I drive. Was told I did not have an option.

I initially made my reservation at another location due to negative reviews i read about this location, but due to proximity and availability of my chosen rental, this location was selected as a preferred pickup by UHAUL. I'm glad for the experience and recommend this location to anyone wishing to rent a UHAUL. Be certain to pick up some fresh artesian well water while visiting, drawn from a well more than 300 feet below ground and bottled locally in Shorter, AL. The proprietor gave me family several complimentary bottles, and it was the cleanest, best tasting water I've ever drank. Thumbs up on customer service??????
Clifton F.The guy here charged me a late fee of 68.00 when the trailer wasn't late at all. And uhaul customer service has been no help in resolving this issue. I will never use uhaul again!!!

James A.This location was not prefessional, printer wasn't hooked up so they was not able to give me a copy of my paperwork, they also charged my credit card before I brought the uhaul back I have rented uhauls before and my card was never charged until after I brought the uhaul back. They were supposed to email me a copy of my paperwork because they were unable to print it, but u never received it. I will rent uhauls again just not from that location
