I made a reservation to pick up a truck in a SAFE area of town. U-Haul changed that the night before and sent me to one of the WORST areas of town to pick up my truck. Not a good idea.

I think all of the Uhauls should come with let out ramps and electrical window switches. (Upgrade).. But overall, my experience renting it was awesome.

This attendant processed my credit card after I had already paid through the app. I had to call the regional office (which I was on the phone with for several hours the previous 2 days) in order to get a refund issued for the difference. I also noticed that the transport I rented had a flat tire and had to wait over 5 hours at another Uhaul location to get it fixed.

Calvin AFirst rental I denied due to split in tire and dent in fender. Second one had a missing chain. The location charged my bank account three times for the rental at $197 a time so close to $600!

ANTHONY TI picked this up,got no paperwork or anything. The truck had just under 1/2 tank of gas and upon turning it in, I was charged for a full tank! Very disappointing and extremely unprofessional! Was charged $80 in gas overall! Extremely upset with this transaction! Will never go with uhaul again.
Richard WI rented a car dolly and started down a bypass. Witch was very busy and the wheel and hub assembly came off and went through 4 lanes of traffic. Not hitting anyone thank God. Then called your road side assistance. I had to sit on the side of the road for 2 hrs and wait for a tow truck. We was still charged for the thing. Just don't think I should have to pay for something that was not safe in the first place. The equipment is to undergo an inspection before and after rental guess your company or franchises don't do that anymore. Just thought I'd give you a heads-up before someone gets hurt or worse. RODSHUN WTruck had just been dropped off the night before , so I understood why it hadn’t been checked yet or cleaned . Location service was great , my only issue was the online service . I booked the rental for a different location two days prior in Henderson , Tn and when I got their the day of the move it said the phone pick up was unavailable and I wasn’t able to pick up the rental and had to drive 30 minutes to Jackson and book an entire new rental.

Margaretreest JWe were not informed about our pickup location so we went to the one that we had listed as our preference on Old Hickory Blvd in Jackson TN. The person working there was not helpful at all and basically refused to help us…saying that she did not show a rental truck for us and there was nothing she could do. She just shrugged her shoulders and said “I’m new. I don’t know what to tell you but we don’t have a truck for you.” We lef there and called the uhaul phone number and they pulled up our reservation right away and told us the correct pickup location. The whole ordeal took an hour and a half to figure out because we waited in line for almost an hour at the Old Hickory location before we found out that it wasn’t the correct pickup location. Horrible experience.
William LRENTED ME A UHAUL WITH A GAS LEAK! The truck wouldn’t go pass a half tank of gas I drove over 600 miles one way and wasted over $200 for gas because the truck had a leak. First of all my child was with me & you guys had no reason giving me a truck with a leak in it. I will be going to corporate also!! That is dangerous anything could have happened & y’all risked our lives and won’t do anything about it. Do NOT RENT FROM THEM I WILL NEVER USE YOU GUYS SERVICE AGAIN 0 stars
Pellon JFire the girl.who rented it to me. She lied about my charges and attempted to hassle an extra 100 out of me. Then put inaccurate info on the CONTRACT WHICH ENDED U COSTING ME EXTRA . THEN WAS LIED TO ABOUT MY REFUND WHICH IS $12 SHORT
Karon BThe only thing was the price. We rented a 15 foot UHAUL in July of 2020 for $220, and we rented a 10 foot this time for $403.00. Plus gas. That is somewhat a rip off and we will not use UHAUL again. I will borrow someone’s truck and pile it full or make 10 trips before I rent for UHAUL again. It’s not right and not fair to returning customers.
