The app would not work for me when I dropped off the truck. But Nelson's completed the transaction to my satisfaction. They were closed when ai dropped off.

Nelson’s is convenient given its central location in Northern Door County on HWy 42 that services mush of the county. Saved me an hour compared to using a drop in Sturgeon Bay.

There was a clunking when i would brake or stop. I found out later there was not enough brake fluid in the trailer. I had rented one about a month ago and it was night and day. Logistics appears to be a very big issue, J&B Transport brought the unit from someplace to Nelsons for me. Very nice but a waste of money Nelson should have a couple of trailers at all times.

During setup, everything went quickly, and the agent was pleasant. The truck ran well and was clean, and the return was fast because you just returned the truck and dropped off the key in the drop box. Highly recommned

First trailer did not have rear lights working. Switched to second trailer and used it, but the sliding door was almost impossible to raise and lower. It’s stuck so only my husband could open it and close it. With great difficulty!

Have equipment at the location it was
Supposed to be. I had a guaranteed reservation but they didn’t have a trailer. I had to take vacation to drive 50 miles one way to get it. U haul didn’t even warn me
