I had to go to another location to pick up my truck. They didn't have the accessories I needed but I still got billed for them. I also got billed for the extra miles that had to drive to go between the two locations as well as to go back to fill out a receipt that I had already filled out on line.

I arrived 30 minutes early to finish paperwork. I waited over 40 minutes for the desk person. I finally found someone who called her and she finally arrived. Hen I returned the truck again no desk person. Maybe 20 minutes later he arrived. But had to call the manager to check us in. Couldn’t figure out how and the manager told him that she would come and figure it out. They then sent me a receipt later by text.

Worst place ever the girl working their swear at me and was a horrible person

When I arrived I was told that did not take the size truck and trailer I had was was to go to the other U-Haul dealer in Nephi Utah to turn it in. I had already done the self check in they instructed me to drive both to the other U-Haul which was closed so I did and left it on their lot. Recommend checking with the 1st agents to make sure can accept the vehicles for turn in.

Even though the clerk was there she would NOT check the truck in after 7 pm. the SAME clerk check it in at 7 am the next morning.

Hard to find and the young lady was working both front desk at the hotel and uhaul. Did her best, however was not very knowledgeable about vehicle return. Was very nice though, just needed more training and not do dual tasks!!!!

Lady checking is back in didn’t know how to accept a return. She has to call manager and he has to walk her through it.

Was easy drop off and I used the check in on line and dropped the keys off. The motel was dirty but it was okay.
