Very easy to pick up the truck.
Thomas HLocation was super convenient. The U-Haul app is cumbersome and definitely not easy to use. Will not use the electronic checkin option going forward.

Pictures wouldn't upload, screens didn't update. I wasted more time, in the pouring down rain, trying to pick up and drop off.

Mellinda HThere was very little room there to leave a 20' truck and hauler. We had to leave it after hours and did our best to not block entrances. We hope truck was found safe. We used the online return application. We still have not had confirmation of return.

william hThere was a bigger truck available at this location despite your system only showing a 10 foot truck available, it was a gift because I spent over one hour one phone with u haul looking for a 17 foot or larger truck and was told there where none available
