I liked the gentleman that helped me at this location but found it odd to be bringing the trailer back to a grocery store! And their was literally only enough space to park my trailer there, it wasn’t even a compound and seemed pretty Mickey Mouse.

Please change location, this place has very bad customer service with my waiting time being 45 minutes for a trailer. The agent simply did not oblige to take any directions from me to help speed up the checkout. Instead, it was a whole long process of backtracking, cancelling, starting over...& over. Especially difficult having my children waiting for our equipment. The lady had no interest in accommodating us, but seemed to be more concerned with what the kids were doing. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS PEOPLE!!

There was something very wrong with the engine in the truck rented. It used $172.00 of gas one way from Regina to Saskatoon. This screams to me that service was required.

The trailer that i rented on 3rd of May was poorly maintained so right after I picked up it broke, then I called road assistance to handle the problem and waited for a whole day( one afternoon plus a morning) until the trailer got fixed. The reason of the problem caused by the mud and dirty in the brakes as i was told by the technician so in order to get a piece of mind I washed the wheels after receiving the trailer because i got some 1000 miles ahead of me, so I do not wanna see any this sort of problem on the way, I think the maintenance service should have done by the U haul agents NOT by customers. NOT happy at all with this service.

The people who run this were very nice. They struggled to do the physical side of the operation. I hooked up my own trailer which apparently I was not supposed to do..... The wiring harness on the trailer was damaged so I replaced it.

Don’t send them to this location. I booked a 6 x 12 trailer on line approximately one month in advance three days before my pick up day I was told by a representative that there was no 6 x 12 trailer available and they were book a 5 x 8 trailer for me instead. This location where I picked up the trailer was totally different than the one I had booked at. My pick up time on the day was to be at 8 AM. When I got to the pick up location there was a sign on the door saying that they were not open until 10 AM. There was no information passed on to me about this time change. When I called the U-Haul Centre the lady told me that my reservation has been cancelled and she was going to try and find another trailer for me. She put me on hold for approximately 15 to 18 minutes then another representative picked up. This representative treated me like I was a new caller and she could not find my reservation in her system. This representative informed me that my reservation was cancelled and that we could rebook over the phone and I was able to take the smaller trailer. I was very dissatisfied with The service that I received from this company. Later that day when I was busy moving my furniture I get a phone call from U-Haul again asking me to change my drop off location. I told the representative the same story that I put here and that I was very Unhappy with what was going on. My contract stated that my drop off location was in Dauphin And he wanted me to take the trailer to Brandon which is approximately 300 km out of my way. He then said he would give me a $50 credit to deliver the trailer to Brandon I declined it and told him to find somebody else .
