If you're going to be a drop-off location, you should know something about U-Haul. You should be able to help a customer who can't get Internet service and not just tell him he needs to get online and close out the order. You definitely should not yell at your customer to make him move the truck from a parking spot at the far end of your lot... especially when you are never busy at your location. You were the rudest person who works with the public I've ever met.
