you don''t need all the information you require -- its almost an invasion of privacy.. And whether i disconnect the driveshaft on a towed vehicle isn't any of your business especially when you won't even rent a tow dolly if I don't disconnect the driveshaft. And if I wanted to tow a different vehicle than the one I specified apparently that if technically not allowed -- even if it is the same type of vehicle exactly..

Train your personal. The representative hooked the car trailer to my truck but did not screw the hitch down on the ball.when I started to drive a car on the trailer it came loose and damage the tailgate on my truck

Vehicle was cleaned Oil needed changed. gas wasn't 3/4 like it usually supposed to be. the air conditioner would not go full level four without shutting off. Brakes need work

As the first truck that was on the original rental wouldn't move from where it was parked, possibly more inspection of transmissions are needed. Other than that small issue as the representative did test the truck before I left it was a great experience.

I went in a week prior to reserve a trailer. The lady said someone would call the day prior to tell me where to pick it up. I told her I wanted to pick it up there, that is why I went to that location. She said Uhaul will not reserve a trailer at her site. If someone comes in the night prior and wants the trailer I "reserved" they had to rent it out. What is the purpose of a reservation?

Trailer had a low tire. Was told there was air across the street! Drop off location was not on the paperwork - U-Haul computer system we were told was down. We were told, after calling, to go to a location that is 35 miles more round trip. Took to the closest location.

I had to rent a 15' truck when a pickup or van would have worked just fine. Having a smaller vehicle for local, 1-day rentals would be appreciated. I was surprised that the fuel level was only 1/4 tank - this makes it harder than it needs to be to return it without either incurring a fuel charge or wasting money over-filling the tank.

I rented a truck from uhaul in Independence ks. When I went over the date to return it,they called me and I explained that I needed a extension of my lease. I tough everything was okay. But then I got a call saying they wanted the truck back and it was full of my stuff. So we extended it again and now there charging me an outrageous amount. Hope to hear from costumer service.

get new brackets/straps! They were rusty, and I had to stop nearly every hour to put them back on again. The tiedowns fell off every time! It was an accident waiting to happen. My son bought me new tiedowns, which I had to install before, the trip back. It was a DISASTER!!! And, very dangerous for me, and my equipment!!!

Train your staff and make the payments and fees and process FULLY TRANSPARENT. Moving is expensive as it is and low income families like mine need every penny they have or they dont eat.

If it hadn't been for Nick coming in on his day off, we would not have been able to pick up the truck until the next day. He called me the day before to guide me through the process since the store was closed. The app wasn't working for me, so he came and took care of it. Even though I called 2 days before to make sure I'd be able to pick up the truck since it was a holiday, no one else at the store told me we might have trouble picking it up. The truck we picked up was filthy- with roadkill on it and spills inside the cab and the back of the truck.

The store reserved and rented a truck to me with a broken lift door. All they had to offer was a smaller truck, or the size I reserved that was faulty. Once my spouse & I got it home to begin loading, we also noticed it had NOT been swept out prior to my rental.

The staff is new to the U-Haul software and a little unsure on how it operates so getting everything filled out took a little time but they will get faster with experience.

reduce paperwork. Renting a $50000 vehicle takes a fraction of the time to rent than that I spent renting a small trailer.

This is a horrible location to rent U-Haul from, they were rude, didn't know how to rent or return U-Haul and they tried over charging me I will not rent a U-Haul from them again!

Cab had pet hair everywhere. I had truck for seven hours and was charged twice what I was quoted on the web site.

I returned all of my furniture pads (4) I was charged for two missing and two damaged pads. I guess I should of folded them. The were only used inside my pickup. They weren't even dirty. Total bs.

Overall a terrible experience. You want my opinion how you can improve for the next customer. Maybe fixing my overall experience first. The rental place was farther from my home which increased the mileage for my trip. Seeing how you charge for miles. The truck itself was filthy and to big for my situation. The company and or the operators doing the reservation failed to inform me that the truck was bigger than I requested. I was unable to pay cash which is what I had. The truck itself was filthy and only had a quarter tank of gas. Oh don't let me forget the most uncomfortable ride ever. Refer only with strong negative comments or suggestions!
