Craig LThey changed pick up location at last minutes. I originally scheduled to pick up at 8am, but the site wouldn’t allow me to pick it up until 830 and they opened late because people don’t want to show up to work on time, so on top of having to travel 3 times further to a different location, I was out behind schedule an additional hour. Then when I was checking in and inspecting the truck, there was a padlock left on it and I had to remove it with bolt cutters. AWFUL experience. I will use a U-Haul competitor for my next move.

No Hurts took my schedule changes in stride and I was able to use my rental equipment without damage to my finances. Service is always personable & efficient at this store.
